Hotel Vall Ski in Incles

New years' eve dinner. 4 people: 2 seniors, 1 junior, 1 child. Prize 255€. Real prize related to we ate... 10€ perhaps, not more. Great deception. That meal was disgusting. In general, the buffet is low quality.

I think Andorran three star must equate to UK two star. Would be a good hostel, but it is rather a poor hotel. Cleanliness in some bedrooms is iffey and food quality is very variable. If you like lots of cold chips this is the place for you. Front steps urgently need repair.

My wife and her friend arrived back from Andorra today. She described it as like FaWlty Towers. This is the e-mail sent to the tour operator, Leger Holidays: Together with my friend Mrs Celia Anderson I travelled to Haven of the Pyrenees beginning our journey on 29th June. It was one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in. There was often no hot water availble to wash in the mornings and late afternoons. On one occasion there was no butter available for breakfast. They were feeding us on tinned pineapple, tinned peaches, tinned apricots and supermarket yogurts. The evening dessert was the same variety of sponge cake with a merely a different coloured topping each evening, The towels in our romm were not cnhanged throughout our holidays. There was only water or red wine available to accomapny dinner, if one wanted coffee, one had to go to the bar and purchase it. There was absolutely nothing to do in the way of entertainment in the eveing, either in the hotel or nearby. In truth we now realise that we were in the off-season period when to all intents, Andorra closes down. This was not explained either in the brochure, at the travel agents or by any other means. We feel that we were badly let down by Leger and will certainly not recommend your company to any other person. A copy of this will be sent to Thomas Cook and ABTA.

I'm not really sure where to start! The hotel just left me lost for words. I would call hotel vall ski more of a hostel rather than a hotel. The room had mould on the walls, broken curtains, the door had a hole in it, the bathroom was still dirty and the beds were rock hard camp beds. Our room was above the kitchens and couldn't sleep due to the noise. A positive to the room was there was plenty of storage and the rooms were spacious. The food was a running joke on our coach trip, there was lots of food available from the buffet however very little was edible. The bar staff were non existent and when they did appear they couldn't wait to get back to their office, the beer turned out to be off so most of the coach party had to walk up the road to a petrol station to buy their own! I would not recommend this hotel and can not believe that ledger would use it as a main hotel on its tours!

Stayed here for 4 nights and was certainly glad it was no longer. The room was ok but one of the electric sockets was falling off the wall. "Double" bed was very small and hard mattress and pillows. The hotel was very noisy so got hardly any sleep. Staff not very friendly. Buffet breakfast was ok but the buffet dinner was awful- poor choice and almost cold. The same dessert was dished up every meal. Asked for a hot chocolate one evening and as it was a ski resort I imagined the skiers in the winter sitting round with steaming mugs of hot chocolate topped of with piles of cream- how wrong could I be! I was given a small cup of barely warm milk and a box of chocolate Nesquick and told to do it myself! Wouldn't go back if you paid me!

Really not a good place. The rooms are old dirty and there is no heating. It took a day to get a top up heating for a freezing room. The general standards are low accross the board, beds are hard and really uncomfortable, showers date back to the 80’s….and it is pretty far away from the slopes.
