Vertoni Hotel Yerevan in Yerevan

Definitely recommend Vertoni Hotel. Choosing Vertoni was among the best decision I took for my 3-day Armenia trip.

Rooms- very clean, spacious, well-maintained.
Service- the owner Liana is very nice to deal with, helpful and understanding.

You also have a kitchen, dining area and laundry outside your room (in the ground floor).

Breakfast time was after 9am but the cook was nice enough to serve us breakfast before that, even without us requesting (we had just come down to make some coffee while she was prepping breakfast).

It’s 15-20min away from the city but doesn’t matter as you can easily get a cab back and forth.

We spent five nights at this small yet very cozy hotel tucked away in a quiet residential area of Yerevan — and absolutely loved our stay. The atmosphere is peaceful and homely, and the staff are simply wonderful: friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with air conditioning, a fridge, a hairdryer, and a comfy bed. Everything is in excellent condition, and the large window lets in plenty of natural light. Breakfasts were delicious and varied, a perfect start to each day. The location is convenient — just a five-minute walk from one of the main roads. Within a 5–7 minute walk you’ll also find a bakery with amazing fresh bread, fruit shops (with peaches, grapes, raspberries, pears, and more), a café, and a pharmacy. A fifteen-minute walk takes you to a large shady park with beautiful views over the city. Although it’s a bit away from the city center, getting around is easy and inexpensive by taxi. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return to this hotel on our next trip to Yerevan.

Great service. We arrived much to early but it was no problem to enter our room! That's a thing you don't see much these days. When you arrive at the hotel, you raise your eye brows due to the road and the spot. But the hotel is really great, clean, nice staff, nice room, good shower and great breakfast. I would recommend this one to any one and we traffel a lot. The only minor thing is that is located far from the city center.

The host, knowing that we couldn't exchange money and didn't have a phone card, drove the car himself, helped us buy cards, and was kind enough to lend us money before exchanging money. Friends from other countries I met at the hotel were also very grateful for the kindness of the owner.Also, the hotel staff prepared our meals with such attentive kindness that it felt like we were living at home.

Excellent hotel: our room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioner worked well, the shower had good water pressure. The room had a fridge which was convenient. It was very clean.
Nice views towards the city, and Mount Ararat in the distance. Breakfast was good too.
There's a nice little park next door, and it's walking distance to local shops and the excellent restaurant Dialogue (which is next to the Carrefour supermarket on Azatutyan Ave).
It takes about 20 minutes walk to get to the city (first to Victory Park, then towards the Cascade and down that towards the city). Or just take a Yandex Go cab!
