A good health resort if you like mineral waters. Physiotherapy, which not only helps to relax, but also treats joint diseases. Friendly staff and excellent service. Daily free transfer to mineral water sources. Good cuisine and three meals a day.

I’m currently staying at the Jermuk Moscow Health Resort, and it’s been amazing! The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, the food is delicious and healthy, and there are so many great health procedures to try. Rooms are warm, and are cleaned everyday. The peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings make it the perfect place to relax and recharge. Highly recommend!

Our stay in Armenia was short, but it's worth coming to this hotel for 1-2 weeks. The resort is all-inclusive, the food is healthy, the rooms are spacious. On the first day we had a doctor appointment where he recommended a couple of treatments based on your health issues. The internet is good. Overall we enjoyed the service and the place.

I found the place cold and impersonal. The only time I saw an English speaking member of staff was on check in. A nostalgic place reminiscent of the Soviet Union of yesteryear. Very well-maintained and maintained, the stay is fresh and relaxing. The structure has been renovated but retains its charm. If you're looking for absolute tranquility and a slow pace, this is the place to come.

This is an exceptional place to spend your holiday. Everything was spot on from rooms to service. The food was incredible with lots of good quality choices. Special thanks to the General Manager Gevorg who wend beyond his duty and has organasied a special event for my parents. This is what makes this place unique. It's the biggest hotel in Yerevan in terms of rooms and it's a relic from the Soviet times, but since then they've refurbished it, although it still gas a Soviet era feel.

The room wasn't large, but it was very practical; the breakfast was incredibly generous, and it was conveniently located right next to Republic Square and the metro. There were also many shops, restaurants, a flea market, and a Carrefour supermarket nearby. Highly recommended.

The room was fairly basic, lacking USB charging ports, but there were convenient supermarkets nearby. The staff were very friendly. The Italian restaurant across from the hotel was especially delicious. Therefore, don't book hotel breakfast in advance.

A good hotel in the city center. It's worth the 5,000 rubles/night. The reception staff and maids are excellent. The decor is a bit dated, especially the bathroom. The rear of the hotel overlooks an unsightly courtyard—keep that in mind.

Very nice hotel which combines modern style and old teaditions. Owner family famous for traditional carpet manufacturing. They have collection which pieces they shoewd in hotel hall . Also rooms are dexorated with carpets. This is unique and presents you armenian culture in details.
