We had a wonderful stay at this motel in Yerevan. The location is convenient and not far from the main attractions, the place is spotless, and the service was exceptional. The owners, Lilit and Yesav, were incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They even offer guided tours on their bus, which was such a unique and enjoyable experience. Lilit’s knowledge of Armenia’s historical sites is impressive, making the tours both informative and memorable. Highly recommended!

Very friendly family-run guest-house about 20’ walk from city centre. Very near metro station. Lovely Lebanese restaurant round the corner. Cute and calm patio to have breakfast or to chill while chatting to the other guests.

Perfect accommodation. Highly recommended. Huge backyard to hang out including a BBQ. Its approx 2km to city center but if you're fine to walk, that's not an issue at all.
