All the staff were very, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, the pool was amazing, breakfast was tasty. The view from the back veranda was great looking over the city and the canyon. It was a restful and refreshing time, we would certainly recommend Ossanna Hotel as a place to stay.

A very good hotel located outside the capital (about 15 minutes from the center by taxi) and high up (very well located in terms of climate compared to hotels in the city center where it's hot) with a large pool for swimming laps and a pergola for relaxing in the shade.

There's also another pergola behind the hotel with a beautiful panoramic view, ideal for enjoying a quiet drink or two.

The rooms have a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, air conditioning, a wardrobe, and a mini fridge. There's also a small TV, but we never turned it on 😁.

The beds are decent, and the WiFi is available and free.

In short, the Ossanna Hotel was a very good experience, highly recommended!

A very comfortable and clean hotel with a stunning view of the city. Great location. Delicious and varied breakfasts. I'd like to thank the hosts, Avo and Maryam, once again for their warm and welcoming welcome. We felt right at home. Special thanks to Artur for his care and help with everything. Thanks to him, guests gathered around the terrace in the evenings and socialized.

Excellent hotel! 5+! Clean and pleasant! Nice pool. Very helpful staff. Hotel owners Avo and Maryam treat every guest like family. Maryam prepares a fantastic breakfast! Artur, the hotel administrator, makes delicious coffee and is always ready to help and advise on any questions. A positive and warm experience!

We stayed here while our motorcycle was being repaired and found the hotel very nice. It is a small hotel with an outdoor swimming pool (which we used on a daily basis), fantastic views at the back, very clean and very friendly & personalised service. The location also suited us, as it is on the edge of the city with easy access to the centre. During our extended stay in Yerevan, I looked at many hotels and stayed in two others, but this was by far our favourite.
