Great hotel, wonderful view, terrace overlooking the whole of Yerevan and Ararat. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, everyone is very helpful and friendly! I will definitely come back !

Reading the reviews, I thought that maybe I would come, but reading the responses of the owners, I came to the conclusion that it is not. Regarding the opinion, it is different, but for the first time in my life I have come across that the owners do not have respect for guests, as you can write like this, after that if they realize owner that this is a slander and you can bring such a matter to court, I was not in this hoteui but after you denounce the owners already I will not return this place disrespect to travelers who leave pinoaga there. Guests are different when running a hotel, you need to know it and if you cannot respect people who have left your pinoaga with you, it proves a very low level of your culture and hotel

Best view - nothing else in this hotel is close to "best", rather the opposite.
Rude staff, bugs in the rooms + the food was not only monotonous but there were some cockroaches in chocolate flakes as well (see photo).
The only experience you can get at this venue is getting cramps in your glutes while sitting on a toilet sit.
Not worth to come again. One star is already one star too many for this review.

Staff terrible, very pretentious, impossible to get along with, hotel owner running around like mad and chasing guests out of communal areas. At breakfast we were served cereal with moths, crisps and spoiled milk. It was a nightmare. We found a broken shower in our room. Despite numerous requests, it was only repaired after 4 days (!) I do not recommend. Are you looking for something else, it is not worth the annoyance!

I’ll give 5star for an excellent job for the staffs and facilities. I was a solo traveler and they treated me like a family, I was very happy and satisfied with the service even though they couldnt understand english that well but they were still ready to help! Trust me this is Best hotel in Yerevan. If you are a solo traveler like me and want to stay to a nice and safe place then I recommend this hotel for you! Thank you so much for the warm service! Thank you staffs especially to Isabel she’s willing to help all the time and to Narine— youre such an amazing person! Cheers!

Very nice and helpful staff. Good view of the city from the roof. Some rooms don't have air conditioner.
