She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist, which truly enhanced our overall experience

We stayed in Fellinger overall nice experience. The staffs specially Armeni at reception and Kausar and the room service man in evening was v nice. Even the lady at the spa was v friendly

They assisted and helped out a lot making stay pleasant. But at the same time I had a v bad experience on 27th morning before 9 am with the man at reception names Gevor I guess

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, the hotel itself didn't leave much of an impression

The breakfast was particularly disappointing; while there was plenty of choice, almost nothing felt fresh

Well we want bottled water and could have paid also but he refused to send and was v rude

Don’t expect a 5-star hotel for less than the price of a McDonald's meal, but do know that you’ll be surrounded by people like Armini (housekeeping), Rafu (security), and another security guard whose name I can’t remember, as well as the cook – all so pleasant

You’ll have a great time, with breakfast included, and people always willing to help without expecting anything in return. I just want to thank the manager and staff of this wonderful place

A very well-located place near the center of Yerevan, where, despite it being my first time but my wife’s third, we felt very comfortable and as if we were at home

The entire atmosphere in the spa is like bei g in a rehabilitation clinic. Waitresses just clear up when they want to. They should be re-educated in Dubai. For the price you pay all in all it's good

Very friendly front office employees. Big and clean rooms, perfect mattresses. Spa with sauna and pool is soulless

There were also many shops, restaurants, a flea market, and a Carrefour supermarket nearby

The room was fairly basic, lacking USB charging ports, but there were convenient supermarkets nearby. The Italian restaurant across from the hotel was especially delicious

There was a great selection of cheeses. The cold cuts platters also looked good, but I don't eat sausage, so I can't comment on the taste. I mainly ate lavash and Armenian flatbread. The coffee and juices were excellent

We spent our New Year celebration at Ramada hotel restaurant, it was a wonderful night, the food was excellent, atmosphere was wonderful, live music band, and the most important the excellent staff, from the management Liana, Gayane and all the staff they were well organised and always at hand

Excellent location, walk a couple of minutes to all the best restaurants, 30 seconds to Republic square. Most of all the hotel is new, modern and very clean

The room is spacious and comes with a paid minibar. I would definitely book here again next time. The only downside is that the street in front is very narrow, making vehicle access a bit difficult

All is good, but the night reception staff is incompetent and barely spoken English/Arm. The management should perform selection for the night team, meeting and greeting the guests.

I took this hotel for one night. The hotel is located in the park on the Highland of the city. You can have a nice walk around in the morning before the breakfast

On the minus side, if you book a room on the upper floors, you're likely to stay up until 2 a. because the music is quite loud and can be heard throughout the hotel. Keep this in mind when booking

Good choice to stay in Yerevan. Modern, well kept and managed, great combination of quality and price. Junior suite was comfy, with very nice pillows. Breakfast is also recommend.

I should say the price is rather high, but you should understand that the city stain is expensive because a lot of Russians are using it as a overnight hub to travel to Europe
