Motel 333 in Yerevan

I would like to say it’s absolutely superb hotel. Everything was excellent. Nothing to complain about. It was my second stay and now the room, the service were just perfect. All employees are absolutely nice and helpful. Any small request and you get everything immediately. The housekeeping team is brilliant. Concierge service is perfect and super fast. Receptionists are kind and helpful. Guys who help with the luggage are super attentive, deliver all your deliveries from outside for 1 minute. Breakfast is just super nice. Huge varieties of everything. Staff during the breakfast are SUPER nice. All of them are just perfect The management of the hotel is great. They definitely do their job in the best way because the team here is great. 100% of employees I have been dealing with here were so professional. I definitely would like to come back again. Just small recommendations for the team to improve and I could pay my attention to: 1. The soundproofing of windows, it was quite bad in my room and I could hear everything from the street. Send engineers to the room, maybe it would be possible to fix it. 2. Chef at the main restaurant at breakfast never smiles, he could be more attentive to guests. Anyway the food is delicious and professionally cocked all of the time. Just a bit more attention to guest’s needs. In so many hotels chefs represent their kitchen and they do their best to help, to explain, to offer something unique to cook for the guest. 3. Please also pay attention to one small detail of using phones by one employee at the pool. I guess no one has explained it to him yet, it’s ok to use phones inside staff rooms only but not at the pool area. At the same time the whole team at the pool area are very attentive, friendly and taking care of guests and slippery floors, what is the most important part of their job. Pool area is perfectly maintained. Again thank you so much for the amazing hotel, bespoke service. Thanks to Mr Levon for greatest hospitality and support. The Alexander is the quintessence of luxurious hospitality in Yerevan. Located in the very center of the city, close to the major attractions such as museums, shops and Vernissage market, the hotel represents the best choice if you are in search for an excellent stay. Bed is comfortable and room is well separated from the bathroom and changing room. Fresh fruit and water are always ready for guest as well as a very carefull attention to the cleaning of the room. Breakfast is serverd in the Italian restaurant located on the 12th floor of the hotel. Fresh, with a chef ready to accomplish every desire, a tasteful solution to start the day. The room service was not such a good experience. Staff is kind and attentive to the guest necessties. A truely enjoyable experience even if missing of some local authenticity. The hotel could be in every city in the world

I’ve been to multiple 5 star hotels all across the globe. The service at The Alexander is the best I’ve ever experienced. Rooms are modern, clean, and tastefully decorated. Just an overall positive experience from the moment you walk in the lobby. I’ll only be staying here whenever I visit Yerevan.

The hotel itself has a beautiful location and the staff is very nice. It was also a nice surprise to get a pitcher of herbal tea before bed and the breakfast and breakfast staff was outstanding. We had 2 rooms with a rate of almost 700 euros each per night and were very surprised to find notes in the room saying the toiletries (that are usually always provided free of charge) cost around 10 euro for 40 ml and not to remove it from the room. Makes you wonder if they refill the tiny bottles? It made us uncomfortable and we didnt touch the shampoo or conditioner. Not what you expect when you pay this much . Other than that the beds were comfortable, rooms spacious and the breakfast buffet very varied and good.

This is a place I often stay when I'm on business trips. The location is great, and the staff is friendly.
