The hotel exceeded all our expectations! Its location is excellent—just a few minutes’ walk from Republic Square. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very well equipped. We experienced a few minor inconveniences during our stay, but the hotel staff were always available and, above all, professional. They truly made us feel safe, welcome, and right at home!

The employees are extremely professional and kind, they quickly solved the problems we had. Also, the hotel is in a prime location, about a hundred meters from the main square. The room was clean and the view was phenomenal from the balcony to the street (it has a very nice flag on it). If I ever come to Armenia again, I will choose this hotel again. The location is perfect, service also good. My main complaint is about the noise as the rooms face the street and it is on the first floor. The windows isolation is poor. I could not sleep due to the cars passing by. I guess if it is not a problem for you, it might be a good option.

I really liked the place. It's a cozy place with renovated rooms. It's close to Republic Square. You can wander and explore the city easily. Our room had a balcony so we could smoke. The reception was super friendly and helpful. Our room was too hot, they sent someone who serviced the AC quickly and gave us an extra fan.

Good hotel. It looks like we were the first rentals of our room. Everything was completely new. There are dental kids, soap, slippers, and shampoos. The only reason why I do not give 5/5 is the stairs. There is no protection, and they are a lot to climb. The person is responsive and helpful.

• The location is great. The staff is super. All issues were resolved immediately. In the kitchen you could make breakfast and there was always real coffee, which I made daily. Very comfortable and large bed. I don't know what could be improved. Everything was great.

I liked the hotel. Good location. Nice breakfast. Only one thing was a bit strange. There is no storage room for luggage. And I felt a bit uncomfortable to leave my bag just in the hall with no observation.

The room is small, but clean and tidy. They occupy one floor above the Baron restaurant. Breakfast is late, starting at 8:30 a.m.; it's a buffet. It's delicious, but not very filling. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There was a slight leak in the shower in the bathroom.

We had a few small issues on arrival with the room not being ready, but overall it was a good stay. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to everything. The sofa bed in the room we were in desperately needs replacing, but otherwise fairly modern and it’s good value for money. The only issue worth considering is the loud music from the bar next door that lasts until late.

The property is ideally situated and the comfort and cleanliness were excellent. As a base for touring it is ideal, there is not much to do in the hotel itself. The only thing I’d recommend is that they put a clearer sign and indication where to knock when arriving late at night. However, the staff were wonderful and can’t recommend it enough to others

Neat, tidy and warm rooms with all amenities towel, soaps etc. Hotel have a good courtyard and a decent breakfast. A warm welcome from host Mr. Wahag, speaks english as well. Free public parking available on street, but if you are late at night, its difficult to park near to hotel. Overall satisfied.

A very nice boutique hotel managed by a couple. Very well located, just off the Republic Square. The rooms are well-maintained and equipped with all the basic amenities. They have a very nice bar. The only suggestion is that they should develop a proper breakfast menu and add more items to their food menu.

There wasn’t anyone on reception when we arrived but the man from the café was able to let us in so that wasn’t an issue. A very decent place for any visitor to stay inexpensively. It is located within easy walking distance from everything that is in the center of Yerevan. Clean, convenient and comfortable with no frills. All rooms are on the first floor. I'm unpretentious myself and only stayed for two days, so someone else might find something to complain about, but I didn't have a single complaint.

I really liked that the rooms are very spacious. There are several showers. There is a swimming pool and a sauna in the basement. Wi-Fi is stable and fast enough. It is not located in the center, but that is even better. The center is easy to get to by metro. You can walk to the memorial.

it was my wedding day, so I booked the hotel from where I have to prepare myself and make photoshooting session! the team was perfect and they service as well the room was very well prepared, they helped us in many way to organize everything! and we booked two nights additionally to stay there, the breakfast was good!

Strongly recommend the property, as a family of 4 with a small baby, we had a very pleasant and amazing stay. It's away from city center(which we wanted) but has access to a lot of restaurants and bars. Lastly, the team led by harut is welcoming and warm.

I've stayed here for one week, the service (a very fast check in/ check out), the rooms and the restaurent La Fayette which is in the hotel were splended. I just can't wait to come back to Yerevan, and stay in this place again. Just don't forget to admire the view from hotel to Yerevan. It is great, even at the begining of the winter.
