Hotel was easy to book and the price on trip was generally good

The room was spacious, clean, and tidied daily. I really enjoyed the balcony, perfect for watching the sunset every evening. The location is excellent, just about a ten-minute walk to Broadway and Chinatown, and also very close to the University of Sydney. It's a hotel with great value for money. I hope to try the buffet breakfast next time.

Hotel rooms were not cleaned.
Shower head was touching my Head it’s very tiny space inside the shower rooms and tables all seems built in 80s not to be called its Hotel it should not call hotel it’s worse the Airbnb, I’m going to upload a picture. Paid $900+100 for parking for 3 nights. My hard earn Money just wasted on this Hotel not happy with Trip advisor review also as the picture were shown it seems they have just made that picture it’s not what is sawn in picture.

Great location, was pretty central to everything in Darling Harvour - located on a quiet street with parking onsite. The Buffet Breakfast was delicious with great options. Staff were very welcoming & friendly. The rooms were very spacious & private bathrooms were adequate.

What I really loved is the room service. I always come back to my room with new towels and the bed was fixed nice and tight. The room was clean always. The receptionist was very helpful and accommodating. I would love to be back next time! Awesome experience!

The room was very clean, and the location was excellent with a fantastic view. It's a really great spot, and dining options are incredibly convenient. Plus, there's a small courtyard which was a nice bonus. Perfect for enjoying a beer and soaking in the atmosphere.

The location is not suitable for traveling to nearby attractions. The hotel room has many issues, water leakage from the rooftop, cockroach in wardrobe, sound insulation is poor. The booking is promised to refund further nights but nothing received so far. Please consider carefully before booking.

The room was very clean and the environment was great. We had a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends in the future. I hope the hotel continues to improve. We'll be staying here again on our next visit.

Location is quiet and superb. 5 mins walk to the Exchange. Overall experinece is good. Hotel is a bit old, and needs to provide more essential items in room.
