The service was pretty good, they were accommodating with all requests. The location is right by Hyde Park, and the subway and bus stations are relatively close. You can walk pretty much everywhere. It's a decent place, but it's not cheap. The breakfast was okay for a day or two, but after a week, I got tired of it, haha.

Great location and courteous staff. Breakfast selection basic but sufficient. Easy check in and out. Basic amenities in the room, but room nice, tidy and clean.

Hotel is just close to train station and hyde park. Walking distance to QVB and chinatown. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. I liked that the room comes with free breakfast. I will recommend the hotel to my friends. Thank you, Song Hotel! Will definitely go back :)

Outstanding customer service! I received exemplary service from every single staff member from beginning to end. The front desk (Areeba & others), cafe, and cleaning crew were all so friendly, polite, helpful, and welcoming. The room was clean and cozy. Hotel is in a very centralized location and it was quiet at night despite being on a busy street. I loved my stay in room 412.

The hotel's location is pretty good, conveniently close to the subway and central station, both within walking distance. Hyde Park is right next door. It's also easy to catch a taxi right outside. Breakfast is Western style, and the staff are very welcoming. They even deliver two delicious cookies to the room every day.

It’s was an okay experience, everything was alright but staff were not very knowledgeable about the hotel. I asked if there was a freezer I could store my food in and both of the receptionist said no. I also ask if they could store it for me and they said they didn’t have one. When I go up to the room, they have the freezer. Also TV connection for Netflix or YouTube most likely won’t work. Connection is unstable. Breakfast is okay but not too many options. When I ask the two receptionist for umbrella , they say the hotel don’t have umbrella for the guests at all, which I think is odd. Decent stay but value for money is so so, rooms were a bit too small as well.

there were no complimentary water bottles
you have to get the disposable toothbrush and slippers on request
and they didn't do a good job on noise suppression
every morning I just got woke up by the neighbors and the room service next door
otherwise the bed is pretty comfy

The hotel's location is excellent, though the room was a bit small. The bathroom drain was slow during showers. Breakfast was standard Western fare and quite good. Staff communication was smooth and accommodating, and the price was reasonable.

came in for a work lunch, we had pre-ordered via email. There was no soap in the bathroom, advised the manager, he said he'd take a look & never got back to me. I then asked the waitress who went into the bathroom, came out & never got back to me. I then asked the manager again & he came out of the bathroom with soap still on his hands held up as if I were incapable of operating the soap dispenser but clearly the waitress had fixed it without advising anyone. Of the pre-ordered meals, they had left one out and advised we never ordered it yet we had email confirmation that we infact had.Poor service, food was sub-par and above all, overpriced. Would definitely avoid.

The food here is really authentic. Walked by it many times and it’s always been jam packed and now I know why. All the food tasted very fresh and authentic. I would say that going with a big group helps cause you get to try many dishes. Highlights for me were the papaya salad and the red curry! Will definitely be going back. Be warned, restaurant is fairly small so be prepared to be close to other tables and they only take cash!

This is an amazing Thai restaurant. It is only small, so you are best to get there early, or risk waiting for a table (no reservations!). The food was the star attraction. The Beef Jungle Curry was aromatic, flavoursome, and spicy enough for the average punter to get a nice kick without overwhelming the flavours. The entree marinated beef skewers were likewise delicious. I would thoroughly recommend "Spice I Am" to anyone one looking for beautiful, well priced food, or any lover of authentic Thai cuisine.

Ruined the start of the night. All of outside was empty, my family have travelled 3 hours to visit Sydney and I said how good this place was and they wanted to try. Asked if we could sit outside so we wouldn't be in the crowded restaurant, we were told they could only seat us inside and outside was for only single tables. What difference would it make it we sat outside, even if it was on the two single tables. Absolute idiots. Thanks for seating us right in the restaurant on top of the other surrounding tables when we could have sat outside and enjoyed the meal and actually given you money because you're trying to run a business right? I must be mistaken, I'll tell all my friends now you don't want business. Obviously we left and went to Chat Thai.

That spice really fresh, don’t mind with the price but hate when busy, they didn’t serve you base on first come first serve but base on table they have, if they have table for 4, doesn’t matter you been waiting for 15 mnt and than group of 4 just come 1 minute ago, they give for them. Imagine when you really starving ?

Nice coat casual spot for value for money Thai food. Dishes tend to be on the spicier end (the name gives it away). With byo in place, this one offers and easy time for a casual and road side experience.
