The first time I stayed, the Indian staff member was quite unhelpful. They demanded an extra AUD 100 for a higher floor, even though it was the exact same room type. We booked a room for three people but only got two beds. The second time I stayed, a Caucasian staff member was working and they arranged for three beds, and that's when I realized it was supposed to be free.

The room offers a great view of the Suzhou scenery, and you can even see trains passing by. The location is excellent, very close to Hyde Park. I arrived in the morning, which was before check-in time, but they had a place for me to shower, which was a thoughtful touch.

It felt like the facilities were quite old, but other than that, the location was good. It's just that the facilities are outdated and probably need renovation.

The facilities are a bit old, and they don't even provide complimentary drinking water in the room. However, the location is great – quiet yet conveniently located with good transport links and a pleasant surrounding area. There's a supermarket right next door, and the price is quite reasonable too.

Spacious, clean room with a lovely view. The room was perfect for our needs and great value for money. Staff were kind and helpful. We had no issues whatsoever. I would definitely stay here again

The room was a bit old and the soundproofing wasn't great. However, the location is really convenient with plenty of dining options nearby. Plus, it's right next to Hyde Park, which is great for exercise.

Walking distance to Hyde park but otherwise it's about 2km 3km to other attractions like darling harbour or Sydney fish market or the rocks / circular quay. Got a nice room on level 21

The harbor view is beautiful! It's so relaxing to look at the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera House. Hyde Park is right next door, and it's only a ten-minute walk to the CBD. Transportation is also very convenient, with a green-branded supermarket (Woolworths) nearby.

Fantastic Vietnamese. Great successor to Miss Chu (this is the second Vietnamese in the same spot since Miss Chu). This will be a regular takeaway.

Very disappointed with the Chargrilled King Prawns. It was a main course - only got 2 butterfly prawns, very little meat once you took off the shell, a few ribbons of cucumber, & chips. A most uninspiring looking meal. I ordered badly as the rest of our party were happy with their choices. The Cinnamon Creme Brûlée was the star of the meal. The entree platter was very good. Staff were friendly but somewhat slow in getting the meals out given it wasn't a busy night. Probably wouldn't rush back.

Came here on Thursday recommended by a friend. Decor is quite dated and I am unsure what they are selling, Yes the the menu looks great with all these fancy names but when you actually tasted the dishes, the combinations just don't go well together. No French nor Vietnamese to me unfortunately .Not in a rush to revisit , service is decent

Excellent! Had a large group booking here last night for my husband's surprise 40th dinner. The food was fantastic, such beautiful flavours, and excellent value. The service was also excellent. Leanne and her team did a wonderful job helping make my husbands celebrations special, and all of our guests commented on the wonderful choice of venue and much they enjoyed the food. If I didn't live so far away I'd be in here every week!

Very big shoes to fill if you want to compete against this restaurant. The food is so remarkably delicious it takes ones breath away. The atmosphere is what one would have in a dream. The reputation is already huge. If you can miraculously avoid the queues, do yourself a favour and try this place.

Classic Italian fare in an iconic Stanley Street restaurant. All Italian staff, which adds to the authenticity. Excellent value and delicious food. Highly recommend.

Loved this place and I'd go there again. The stuff was friendly and super fast. Everything we had was extremely fresh and delicious. It is also BYO for just 2.5$ And even though the place is fairly small and busy it was cozy anyway

Highly recommended. Frickin' yum. Two of us went for an early lunch... not too busy. Shared the grilled octopus (super tender as promised) with roasted red peppers, potatoes, rocket and special balsamic dressing. Also had a large pizza (half and half) to share. Finished it all off with 2 espressos. Excellent service and reasonably priced - I think it came to $47. Going back for more.
