I enjoyed the unique look hotel, it felt comfortable and relaxing. I had a very nice stay. The rooms were quiet & were spacious than most places. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.

I always stay at Quest Prahran when in Melbourne. The staff are super helpful, the rooms are very clean with everything you need and the location is fantastic. Also pet friendly, doggo gets super excited when we stay as well. Large dog friendly park is just a few blocks away and pet shop right over the road. Highly recommended

Well maintained but not luxurious, perfect to make you feel at home with your pets. Very convenient location - quiet, with many dining options and parks in the area. Plus Prahran Markets are right next door - great for a walk around if you're visiting the area

Staff were easy going and well maintain garden at the hotel. Room was clean and tidy, we came in late and evening check-in was simple.

Went there for a meal on a Groupon voucher on Sunday evening. It's definitely quiet on a Sunday, so you get all the attention from the wait staff.

The food was not as creative as described in the menu, but it was deliciously prepared.

Without the Groupon deal, it may a bit pricey, but I would definitely return for a meal at full price as a special treat.

Great food friendly staff but noisy and bright. Could do with some fabrics hanging from ceiling, would fix both issues. I recommend lamb shank and banana roll for desert. Reasonably priced.

For my Dad's birthday I thought I might bring him to this restaurant. I had made a booking about 5 days before. When we got there the waitress said our names were not listed and she said in future we have to call back on the day we are to have the meal to confirm the booking! I have never heard of this policy before! The place was not even half filled. The waitress did not even apologise and was quite stern in her defense. We had to find another place to eat at 7pm on a Saturday night! I am never going back there again. Such a disappointment!!!!

PS. I really wanted to rate this place 0 but it was not an option... lucky them.

Food is amazing! Stafff are wonderful, the setting is perfect. The goat is a must. Oh and the chocolate pot is just heavenly. A truly blissful dining experience - Thank you!!!

And then try it .
Having a coffee and then trying there food is very good + try a mushroom burger out side .

Despite all their coffee making paraphernalia, and all their WE KNOW COFFEE vibe, the coffee just isn’t worth $4.80. It was $4.50 until recently. And sometimes you do get a good cup. But more often than not the offering is only passable at best.

Skinny milk is not served at this joint where it’s a place to be seen and to see people.
Located in a corner of the upmarket Prahran Market, this is a coffee joint that one should experience in their coffee escapade. Extremely friendly staff greet you with enthusiasm and you will love the caffeine attacking your sensory palate.

There’s a lot wrong with this KFC. Firstly, the Asian lady who I assume to be the manger is one of the rudest people I have ever seen. On 3 occasions I have been to this KFC and seen her literally scream at her staff, bossing them around and speaking to them so rudely, while they rush around trying to put orders together while she just stands there.

Secondly, there have been a couple of occasions that I have ordered something and it is unavailable, such as the chicken fillet for an original recipe burger, which happened today.

Third, they are always understaffed and it’s a bit of a wait, but I can deal with that.

Overall, all of the staff at this KFC, except for the one I first mentioned, are so friendly, polite and offer great service. It’s a shame that it is the manager that is letting this store down.
