We just stayed at this hotel for the fourth time during our winter sports holiday. This hotel deserves a solid 10. Everything has been thought of. The service is excellent. The rooms are great. Everything is super clean. The staff is service-oriented and attentive. The location couldn't be better, so what more could you ask for?

We come every year and it's always wonderful. The hotel is conveniently located next to the newly built Kieserlbahn gondola. You can step directly from the ski room onto the slope and into the gondola.
The staff and the owner are fantastic and very friendly. Especially Fabian, who is always on the ball and in a great mood.
I highly recommend this hotel; it's a good size and has a very welcoming, family atmosphere.

Great rooms, breathtaking sceneries, and very supportive and friendly staff that will go above and beyond to help their guest and provide for the best stay possible. Feels more like a 5-star hotel than 4 star.

Super nice hotel. The rooms are nice and spacious and everything was super clean.
The staff is very friendly and committed. We booked half board and were overwhelmed by the great breakfast buffet with everything our heart could desire. In the evening we could choose from 3 different menu suggestions. We will definitely stop by again.

very well run family business, always in a good mood, very nice and friendly staff, hotel is right on the ski slope, nice rooms, very good breakfast and dinner ... all in all a hit!

The facilities are new and really amazing. Bathroom was new too. Breakfast was simple (unexpectedly mostly salty things), dinner was on paar with the hotel ranking. Overall highly recommended especially in regard to the price

The hotel is located in a quiet location with mountain views. It boasts a beautiful, well-kept garden, a relaxing wellness center, very friendly staff, and excellent food.
