Inexpensive accomodations in Austria

There were absolutely none of the negative points mentioned in other reviews! Towels are provided, the heating works perfectly in winter, the bed is spotless with not a speck of dust, and bugs were completely out of the question

I had to switch rooms again, going up and down to the front desk multiple times, which was really exhausting! I strongly recommend they fix this issue as soon as possible to avoid inconveniencing other guests

I love this hostel and enjoy my time there. The staffs are so nice and I talked with many people there. Sometimes the kitchen is not that clean but still okay for me. The music and drinks are perfect for me

The main advantage is its location in an area with excellent dining options and convenient access to the subway and buses. You can also store luggage, which is a big plus for the good value

The lamp is not working and we did report to the counter but no action taken. A bit small compared to the one in prague rhea. Easy for those who wanna go to hallstatt day trip

I booked a mixed dorm room, but they checked me into a female-only dorm, which caused a lot of hassle when I had to move my belongings to a different room

We came with a dog, the girls adjusted to the time of arrival in the room without any problems, they were at your service all the time (thanks Danijela and Tamara) I would love to come back

Very cosy hotel, lovely warm rooms for ski season, delicious buffet with great variety for breakfast and dinner. Had an incredible Thai massage in the spa and all staff are friendly and helpful

We loved the attention and detail at this amazing family hotel. Food is of high quality and menus well crafted with distinction in mind. Kids had an amazing time between the ski slopes and water facilities and teen club

The 'aufguss' sessions are legendary (especially the one on Friday with Babsie, with ABBA music). Every year, we meet the same people at this hotel and some of them have become friends that we see at home

The staff is incredibly friendly and always eager to help with whatever they can, especially Viktor and Tobias, at reception. The hotel has an immense spa that is extremely well looked after by the staff

It is a bit of a trek to get across to Bertas Kinderland but worth it! Food is amazing and service second to none. Rooms are all clean and well appointed, and perfect for families

We have stayed here twice now, and had wonderful experiences both times. The creche wasn't brilliant for our 2 year old but the 4 an 5 year olds loved the kids club

We had a very pleasant stay at the Hotel Zentral. We were there to ski and watch the Hahnenkamm. Getting back and forth to Kitzbuhle was very easy on the train. Especially the wait staff in the dining area

During our stay the hotel was not yet fully occupied due to corona regulations. Everything is very neat and clean. Our double room also had a spacious balcony. The food in the house is varied and carefully prepared

I stayed there six days and i will stay again if i visit Vienna and has good price. For six nights i payed only 156 euros+30 euros for breakfast

We were there for 1 night over the weekend. The hotel is located close to public transportation and surrounded by street parking (although the hotel itself offers parking in its own garage for 9 euros per day)

Good price for Vienna! Near trams and diverse restaurants and transport. Big rooms, the only con is the noise you hear from other Rooms because walls are thin. But very reasonable budget hotel! Would stay there again.

The room was classic with one double bed, 4 single beds and a cot for a child, a small LCD TV on the wall, a coffee table and a closet. The room is relatively large and has plenty of light

The bathroom is clean, spacious, with a shower cabin and towels are provided. All in all, the only thing that could be a little missing in the summer months would be air conditioning and a fridge

On the inside, super friendly reception/ staff Clean rooms, comfy bed, quiet nights and pocket friendly budget ( for wein) Certainly recommend ( & I'm fussy!)

I usually go to Meininger Salzburg for Business and I really enjoy it because the friendly atmosphere, price, location and internet connection. I would recommend it to anyone. Keep the good work.

The overall experiences is very satisfactory. the bed was comfortable. they even have guest kitchen and washing machine. but the locker in the dorms doesnt have any lock. so you need to bring your own locks

Great hotel for the price! We stayed over the new year’s week and were pleasantly impressed by the room and the cleanliness! We even had a small balcony but due to the weather couldn’t make much use of it

All the staff was very nice and when my daughter was hurt (she fell and sprained her ankle), the staff went out of their way to help her and us

We stayed in delux private room. It was very spacious for a budget hotel. Room even had a big balcony with a great view. They seem bit understaffed during Christmas holiday season

taxacher hotel is a fine place to stay for a winter sports holiday. The food was a lot nicer than I would have expected, I slept very well on the bed and the room wasn't very big but it was nice and cosy

The only thing I didn't like was that the waitress serving our table didn't speak eighter German or English very well. This made her seen a bit snappy. But overall I had a great experience

You simply follow Währinger Strasse, and then you will be at spot 1. With ceilings reaching more than four meters and framed lithographs on the walls, the old-school rooms have a distinct atmosphere

The breakfast was excellent and great value for 12,50€ per person…we had it every day as it really set us up and didn’t need to have a substantial lunchtime meal. Would definitely stay here again

The bathroom is modern, the beds are a bit too low, and the mattresses are hard. Pleasant with thick carpet on the room floor and no noise from the neighbours

Food was quite decent. It took a while for a waiter to come take our orders. We ordered our diner, but the waiter forgot to ask us about drinks at all. Waiters also weren't happy with small jokes.

Hotel Monzabon is an incredible mix of modern with old time charm. The Schneider family are incredible hosts- they look out for every detail and get to know each family personally so they can cater to your every wish

We stayed three nights a week before Christmas. The location is perfect - the ski room opens onto a road that is perhaps 20 metres to the edge of the piste. The hotel is run by a warm & welcoming family

The Hotel is very clean and comfortable, it's positioned outside the city centre but near the lake and some klagenfurt's attractions. The continental breakfast was very good and plentiful!

It is a ten or so minute walk to the Klagenfurt West Bahnhof. There is a bus stop across the street and another one about a 5 minute walk. I always used the later stop and it went directly to the city center

There are some free-of-charge white-striped parking slots in the neighborhood. The two-floor big terrace is open just for breakfasts 7:00 - 10:00. Air conditioning and vending machines are available in the hall

We had a wonderful first week here with our children ( 2, 4) in Moargut. Food and service were excellent, the facilities were very impressive, in particular the kids club and swimming area

I understand not serving it to her when she asked herself, but she then refused when my husband asked on her behalf, leaving her very upset as she was surrounded by many other children who were given one

- Breakfast was slow, and again poorly presented - The gym has limited facilities and machines for somewhere considering itself a “wellness” destination Moar Gut has an excellent selection of activities and facilities for young and older children

Some things we found to be lacking: - Poor selection of toiletries in room (and spa) I would not expect to see only a combined hand and hair wash in the shower in somewhere considering itself a 5 star hotel

It was petty and unprofessional, and the hotel made little attempt to rectify the situation. The alternative kids entertainment for her age group that evening was a film being shown in German

- We had an extremely unpleasant interaction with Katharina in the kids club who refused to let my 5 year daughter have a “kids cocktail” because it was for the 7 year old programme

The play areas and the kid’s programm on offer kept our seven and one year old very happy. The meals were all delicious and the breakfast buffet and evening buffets ( twice a week) were varied and plentiful

It really is an hotel with heart: the owners and all of the staff are so friendly and welcoming and always there to help. Our family room was more than generous in size , very comfortable and super clean

The hotel has a family atmosphere and the feel-good factor comes first - true to the motto "The house with a heart"! The Tirolerhof consists of three parts (“Tirolerhof” wing, “Loipenhof” wing, “Bründlhof” wing), all of which are connected by an underground adventure passage

The owners went far beyond the call of duty to help us on our departure day; heavy snowfall was closing the roads and they very kindly lent us snow chains, even fitting them in testing conditions, and having family waiting for us at the base of the valley to help take them off

It was amazing stay in this hotel! All staff is do friendly and polite. We run here a Gletscher trail run and even we did a check out they allowed us to take a shower. It was amazing! And the girl on reception (18

Would have been stranded in Obergurgl and missed our flights otherwise. Aside from that, our apartment was spotless and perfect size, and buffet breakfast had an extensive range of choices and great coffee

The rooms were cozy and comfortable and had a view of the mountains through the windows which was beautiful. It had a great storage room and was truly ski-in-ski-out with the slopes being so close

I have to be honest and say that overall it’s a good Hotel- location is great, room is big and comfortable(although old and decorated in 1950), Breakfast is decent, Even the spa is nice- really can’t complain, as everything is super Average

Wonderful Family-run hotel! We loved our stay at Hotel Pramstraller over Christmas. The service was very warm & friendly, rooms were very clean & comfortable and the sauna facilities were brilliant

Strangely no kettle and coffee in the rooms but admittedly never queried this at the reception. Restaurant has excellent options for guests staying half/full board with a different meat/fish/vegetarian option each day

Excellent location too, being an easy walk less then 10mins from the train station and the free ski bus (line A) is right outside the hotel, taking you to Penken and Ahorn lifts in less than 5mins

We had a great stay at Hotel Pramstraller! + * The room (double room superior) was excellent, nice view and very clean. * The food and service were great. Nice to have the same table every meal

The breakfast offering was great with enough to keep you sustained for a morning of skiing The location is great also, only a 5 minute walk to the gondola and the hotel is a very pretty part of the village I highly recommend a stay here!

Hotel Grani Ferienhof is an great hotel, with very friendly and lovely staff. The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel is well located to get to the lifts to go skiing or into town for the bars and restaurants

Excellent hotel that appeared to be runned by the owner's family. We were really well received and welcomed by the owner. The room was great eventough the bed was only 1,40mx2m which is a bit small

Stayed here with 5 friends for a ski trip in late January. From the beginning to the end it was a wonderful stay! The hotel is immaculately clean with very homely decor and the rooms were spotless

Once on Blue 6, you can head left - downhill to the bottom of the Festkoglbahn gondola (via the short Wiesen button lift) – or right – very slightly uphill initially, followed by a downhill run to the base of the Hohe Mutt Bahn & Rosskarbahn gondola lifts

The spa was wonderful! I made good use of it, with a large sauna and a steam room, and comfy loungers to relax in. The boot room worked well, it could get busy just before lift opening as to be expected

The breakfast was 10/10 absolutely perfect! There is no evening restaurant, however there are pizzas available 3 nights a week in the bar and you are welcome to take your own food into the bar area, where you are supplied with cutlery and plates while you enjoy a drink in the comfortable bar

Not ski-in ski-out, but from the basement ski store & heated boot room, it’s a short walk up the road to the nearest piste (Blue 6) with an access point next to the ice rink

Christmas Eve the family hosts a Carol sing before dinner and lights candles and sparklers on the Christmas tree. They have a new Wellness area which is big and well designed and perfect after a day of skiing

We enjoyed our stay there very much. The spa is amazing and we could not wait to use it at the end of the snowboarding days. Everyone was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay

And they are constantly checking and restocking and cleaning to make sure things are always in good order. There are plenty of parking on site if you choses to drive

It’s close enough to the center of Lech and the lifts to be very convenient for skiing and apres ski but far enough away to be peaceful and comfortable

This is our second stay at Arabell with the Wolf family. The food is amazing, the hotel is beautiful and the staff is friendly and welcoming

Overall, it is one of the best hotels that I have stayed at. We would go back for sure next time we are around
