We have visited the restaurant. Everything was delicious. Service was fast. Location - not in the center, where everything was crowded, but in 3 minutes walking distance from the 'main' street.
I was not staying at the hotel part, but the food in the restaurant was divine, amazing staff, great prices. I wholeheartedly recommend the sizzling Bulgarian sach grill platter.
I visited only the restaurant. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Definately not pricy. I really enjoyed the authetic local cuisine. Ambiente is family-friendly. The music a Bulgarian folk music running in the background. The service is kind and patient. For the all the four restaurants in the Koprivshtica we tried, that one was definately the best.
The pork steak was cooked to perfection and the French fries were absolutely delicious. In terms of spices, the pork kebab exceeded my expectations, being extremely tasty. Salad tasted fresh. Nice comfy atmosphere with country style elements.
It's a good place to spend time with your friends. The room is very nice and comfortable. There are every thing that you need. Here is perfect place for eating and drinking. The very comfortable big bed and very clean. Every time I try to come here with pleasure.

Room was a good size as for this kind of a hotels, plenty of storage places, small fridge, working tv however Bulgarian channels only, well working air condition and a welcome drink at the arrival, that all goods. Big a major issue is cleanliness, dirty bathroom that should experienced deep cleaning immediately. We were there 7 days and for all this time no one ever do the bed or change bedclothes...

It is a small ish hotel, the room was clean although on the smaller side. It did the job of one night stopover before our very early flight the next day. The hotel is very close to Sofia airport - a huge advantage for us. A word of advice: book your taxi in advance - the night before - for extra piece of mind. The hotel is rename to Olympia as a new owner took over. We spend 6 nights with breakfast and dinner including in the price of £31-£32. The staff were amazing. The food was enough. Strongly recommended that place to everyone!

Family hotel with a very good location in the Old Town. Close to the beach, the center, as well as some of the good restaurants. The owners are cool people. They help with everything, very understanding and pleasant. The rooms are relatively small. I have some comments about the bathroom - the showers are not OK, there are no shelves. The terraces are very small and unusable.
A great hotel, clean throughout, friendly staff, comfortable and cozy rooms, and a huge plus—the large balcony. Perfect for a morning cup of coffee and a glass of beer in the evening. The hotel is perfectly located, within walking distance of the sea and beaches. By the way, the best beer is at Birra Bulgaria, which has a great selection of beer and fish. We'll be your customers again!

Nice place. Usually quiet, except on weekends, when it usually hosts weddings. Food is not-gourmet-level. Located in a park, that was tended for the dreaded head of the state in communist times. Very green, with a pool surrounded by dining tables.
Very beautiful place during hot months, but during the winter is a bit quiet.
It is a typical weeding restaurant. Menu is nice and delicious. In my opinion during hot months there is a bit overcrowded.
The capacity of serving guest is over the limit and sometimes have to wait for your dishes.

Went with 3 other people cost us 160 lev and we feasted like 2 mains and 2 desserts each plus drinks. Everything was perfectly cooked the homemade ice cream and cheesecake was to die for. Easily the top 5 meals in my entire life. If I was able I would give 6 stars.

Sometimes a bit noisy in the rooms (after 22.00), due to the parties in the restaurant (live band).
The atmosphere is it! The restaurant with authentic food from Bulgaria and the plaza !! People, guests, starting to dance with live music! Recommend!

Restaurant is very good and food. Stuff friendly. But rooms are on the street, no air in room. For one night just ok, but we could not sleep because of all night and morning traffic outside. So, as i said stuff nice but we will not come back again. I am not recommend for family.

My room was clean and comfortable with excellent water pressure and very hot water. Breakfasts we good and of sufficient size. They have private parking. The hotel is nice, clean, with a good location - on the main street and close to the city center. The rooms are spacious, with comfy beds, big bathrooms and are cleaned every day. The rooms also have air conditioning- considering the heat in the summer in Zlatograd, this is saving lives :) The hotel is close also to a spa complex (2 min walking - Aqua Spa Zlatograd), where you can enjoy and relax....

The photos on booking.com are quite deceiving. Unfortunately, it has serious problems with cleaning, neither the sheets nor the towels were changed for 3 days, and when we ran out of shampoo and toilet paper, we had to go and ask for it ourselves, even though there was only 1 small package of shampoo. But the location is nice and the staff is friendly.
I arrived late at night with a friend and the receptionist greeted us very kindly. Explained the door lock situation and we went to our room. The room looked pretty basic but clean I guess. The one thing I would like to complain was the smell of the towels. I just didn't use them for five days straight and had to air dry every time I took a shower. The room I had wasn't as hot as you would expect in the middle of the summer, without AC. Also the wallpaper, furniture, and old faucets gave me a mid-20th century vibe.
