This very well decorated restaurant is amazing, great food choices, with wonderful friendly waiters and not too expensive at all. However, it's not wheelchair accessible and have to go down the stairs, to get to the toilets, but has no disabled toilet. It's not too far from it's monastery too, and should not be missed. Definitely do recommend.

What a beautiful place, with kind and caring people. The hotel is small and cosy, with excellent cuisine and really good staff. The Rozhen monastery is only 1 km away and is a must see.

Big and comfortable rooms. Quiet and clean. They accept dogs. We may come back in future 🙂 they do care about parking space. Yes we booked a space and we had one but another car parked behind ours and we had to ask the hotel to call them and wait for them to come and let us go when we wanted to go home.

It's a good hotel for a short stay. The building is old and the height of the room's ceiling attests to that. But it's renovated and everything is nice and clean. The hotel is located close to the river but not far from the center either. Good breakfast with eggs to order.

Perfect stay in Ruse! I love this city and the beat hotel is Anna Palace. In the city center, 2 min walk from the pedestrian street, shops and restaurants as well as the Danube River. The rooms are completely renovated, large and comfortable bathroom. The staff is very polite and helpful, especially the girl at breakfast. We would stay again.

Haven't stayed in the hotel but visit the restaurant frequently for the great pizzas. Nice and clean, good food and friendly staff. It's a bit remote but they deliver too.

The hotel is nice and clean. Restaurant offers good quality meals, and the pizzas are the best pizzas I've ever tasted. Gradina beach is 15 minutes away walking, and Chernomotets city center is not more then 20 minutes away walking.

Big and clean rooms with good facilities. The hotel has a nice small pool l and plenty of free parking spaces. It is quiet during the night as well and the staff are friendly and polite. The only inconvenience is that it's a bit far away from the center of Gradina Camping but if you have a car this would not be an issue.

Splendid location into the deep forest, next to the ski run, simply get down the hill to the hotel. Authentic Russian Bath -it's paid 10leva per each, but truly worth it. Not quite diverse, but the menu covers most of the authentic Ukrainian cuisine. Quite reasonably priced.

Visited the restaurant - great food and a relaxing environment. Hard to distinguish the personnel and the guests - seemed like a family place. We felt a little like intruders because everyone seemed like they knew each other (russian speaking) and we were somehow like being the only guests there.

Extremely nice low budget family hotel. The people here are friendly and always ready to serve the customer. The mattresses are comfortable and clean. The bathrooms are wide and comfortable. I would gladly return here many more times. And let's not forget, all anti-cavitation measures here are strictly observed.

We have just stayed here for a few days as a family from Manchester to visit my mums grave in Vasilyovo and we will definitely be back!! All of the staff were fantastic even though we don’t speak any Bulgarian they were all so nice to us from the minute we arrived. The hotel was very nice, our room was clean and the food at the restaurant was very delicious. The breakfast was amazing and the personnel at the restaurant were very friendly and polite.

Stayed here in July for four nights. Overall great service, free parking with a staff member always on site. Manager lady is very friendly and professional. Cleaning service is very good and the property overall is very well kept with good AC. Highly recommend a stay here. One area for improvement is upgrade the soap/shower gel - was rather basic and little.

Good hotel. Perfect location right at the beach. Friendly owner, enough parking space. Unfortunately they don't serve breakfast. The rooms are a bit dated, but still comfortable. Rooms are luxurious, views from sea side rooms are unsurpassed, even side-view rooms have good views! There's room service daily and towels refreshed couple of times a week. Rooms are a bit on the high-end price wise but still worth it. Room was surprisingly big, balcony was fine but the room door only remained shut when you locked it. Also worth mentioning, the breakfast was too simply. There was barely any opion to choose from, the bread was soggy soft and no juice was provided. Overall, given the cheap price level the service was still acceptable but I wouldn't go back there.

Really lovely place, the pictures dont do it justice! Location is within walking distance from the beach. Extremely clean. A/C, shower and everything worked well.
