Super clean rooms, excellent mattress, spacious enough. A big window allowed much physical light to get in and make it even more pleasant. Very spacious bathroom too. They also gave me free of charge a private closed parking space for the motorcycle to be safe. Only minus the breakfast that was included in the price (and the prices were low compared to what they offer) but it was a choice from a card...

A simple and relatively cheap way to overnight between exciting trips. All the standard basic elements are in order. But the most important thing at a temperature of +39°C outside is a refrigerator and air conditioning, they are also there and work perfectly. WARNING! Parking is not actually guaranteed! Great value hotel , in central location overlooking Maritsa river , 5 min walk to centre of town. Very clean , well managed , and at a good price. Next door to bar and restaurant. Everything you would expect at this price point. Easy going management.

It was room only basis, so a short walk for breakfast over the bridge every morning. Room was cleaned every day, but there is a language barrier, and some traffic noise.

No Aircon or heater in the rooms , otherwise it's a good place for a good price , better than most . Very clean !

The host is an extraordinary woman. We booked 1 night through Booking, and when we arrived we decided to stay one more night and we expected her to check us out, but she said "No problem". The first morning we had free breakfast through genius, and the second we expected to pay but it was still free. It is quiet, clean, beautiful surroundings. We are satisfied! Also we was with our dog.

It's placed on the edge of the serpentine road. In the night time Veliko Tarnovo lights up the view, while in the daytime you can see it from an isometric view. The room was nice and spacious. We had the posibility to cook in a large pot in the garden. It was somehow funny, somehow unpleasing that we had a hole in the door.

Authentic room. Wooden house. Maybe will not match every taste but it was a nice experience. Food and hospitality was 'feels like home'.

Nice hoster, nice area, great simple bulgarian brekfast at the dinar velow the rooms; i recommend the sweet toast with jam and cheese. The homemade wine is good as well. A couple of days before we got to the guest house we 'upgraded' our room from 2 beds to 3 and a bigger room. The room was hilarious- small wooden squeaky stairs, and short ceiling! I had to band over in order to use the toilet to pee...

Love this place. Charming, old style, rustic and attractive. The courtyard is beautiful and there are kittens playing. The restaurant downstairs is affordable, healthy and delicious. The room has lots of wood and it has a good feeling. It's GREAT value for the price.

The hotel is very close to the beach. They met us very well, with lots of smiles and good mood. The owner is a nice and very kind lady. The rooms are nice, clean and cozy (there is everything in it). The hotel has a beautiful garden, with a seating area where one can relax and have a cup of coffee. I would visit the hotel again in the future if we have a visit to Chernomorets. I recommend it "hot"...

4 star rating but mainly because of unbeatable location compared in this price range. The beds were okay and the room was not small and even had some couches. Bathroom was allright but small and had no shower wall/curtain so everything got wet when showering. Check-in was fully digital and went smoothly. Haven't seen any staff, so can't judge about that. Wifi service was bad, 5g reception was good...

The location is excellent and surprisingly quiet for such a central area. The room is spacious, tidy, and clean, with fresh towels and an extra duvet provided. Access is very convenient via a door code. Right next to the hotel, there’s a large pharmacy and makeup store, a supermarket, and plenty of restaurants and bars. However, the place could improve by providing clearer information about the reception...

This place is extremely quiet and conveniently located, allowing you to enjoy peace without any disturbances. The location is easy to find, and the receptionist is very professional. Really nice stay here. First bit of advice would be don’t get put off by the frontage. Lot nicer inside. Our room (no.1) was big, nice decor. Location is spot on. Right in the mixer. Would have given it 5 stars if not for a hot water issue with the shower which we were told was due to age of building. So if you’re showering do it quick! Oh also the bar it shows on the website is actually underneath...

Don't be put off by your initial impression of the entrance to this very well located little hotel. Clean rooms, nice shower and a massive bathroom. Right in the city centre and close to the underground. The outside of the building could do with a little TLC but it's money well spent. I'd stay again.

Great stay with Piter Family Hotel! I really liked the fact that the hotel is on the beach and you could be set up(free chair and umbrella) in couple of minutes! Great staff and free parking as well! I would recommend this location to everyone who wants to go there as well!

Piter is a small and charming hotel. Everything in the room was extremely clean and well maintained. It is a pet friendly place as well – we were visiting the hotel with our dog and had no problems whatsoever.

This hotel is actually a two story building with a sweet small restaurant facing the seashore. The building is on the beach, just separated with a road. It is actually a family business and the owners are taking care personally for everything. When I arrived I was greeted by a simple people with a very friendly attitude. I think it was the most pleasant interaction with a hotel. It's not really luxurious, but the rooms are very clean and larve. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is again very large. The host is a very welcoming person. The location is very good and the price was insanely good.

The staff was kind. The hotel was close to most of the popular sights. However the room was not the best. The mattresses were not very clean, the beds were almost one with the floor. The bathroom was ridiculous. The sink wouldn’t work without activating the shower head. So you couldn’t wash your hands without getting your shoes and pants wet

Good, the room was nice. Clean, have TV, the reception staff was kind. Also have a restorant on the entrance. The only negative thing is no left but the location will compensate sure for this.

Convenient to the bus station and a cut above the surrounding neighborhood hostels. The concierge is very accommodating. The walls are thin however and the decor somewhat disco-ish. Also the restaurant downstairs plays dub and rap constantly. Perhaps OK if you like that at breakfast?

Lovely hotel, big spacious bedrooms which were nice and clean. Shower room was also large and clean. Room had remote controlled air conditioning that's wasn't to noisy. View from the balcony was really nice at night, but when the morning came the view was something else with the mountains in the background. Would definitely recommend this hotel and if I go back to Sofia I will be staying here again

Excellent Family Hotel accepting pets. Clean and comfortable rooms and apartments with all needed for long stays. Clean swimming pool with mineral water. Friendly and helpful owners and personnel. The nearest beach is on 7 mins walking distance. The hotel is situated in the suburbs of the resort and on 20 minutes walking distance from the centrum.

The hotel is in a great location, on the main road close to all restaurants and only a 5 minute walk from the beach. Amazing little family hotel. It's location is literary 2 minutes from the center of the village and 5 from the main beach - slow walking. It has nice really clean pool where you can read a book, rest, swim and have a cocktail far from the sand and the people on the beach. Rooms are really clean and have cable TV(nice big TFT), wireless internet and air conditioning. All of the staff is really nice...

Great experience!!! Great for couples and families! This place is very well run and maintained. Family owned hotel and everybody was extremely helpful and polite. The facilities are clean, neat and well organized. We even had a problem with our car and the family that ownes were very helpful. Definitely will recommend.

We were in a double room and additional bed. Everything was great. Pools and pool bar were also great. I remove 1 star because it the Russian restaurant and its staff which were terrible and rude.

Loved the hotel conditions, good personnel care

Place is nice and clean, great pools and quite close to the beach. However... It's a huge pain to find - no signs and as far as I know, the only way to get in to reception is to either have somebody let you in, or call and try to figure out which of countless gates they are going to meet you. Walking to and from the beach is another experience, narrow dirty road that looks like it has come under bombardment...

Very good cuisine. Dinner was excellent. Waitress was very polite and caring. They even cooked out of the menu for our vegetarian friends.
