All in all, the hotel was great and we had the most amazing time. The staff was very polite and even solved an issue we had with our room. The beach was quiet and beautiful I even took the most amazing pic of the sunset. The evening entertainment was extremely fun and we had the most amazing time ever. Would definitely recommend and come back next year.

Spacious, beautiful interior, looks freshly renovated. The staff was friendly and nice to us when asked for extra sheets. Food was delicious, various themed meals for dinner. Kids were happy at the pool; it’s a wide one. Very enjoyable and pleasant stay as a whole.

Food good for a few days, then it was recycled into other dishes, bread stale and choices were getting less on desserts, mostly biscuits. Food became cold and less appealing. Entertainment just an hour every night, the same singer popped in for three of the nights. There were a lot of complaining customers. On the 10th day of my holiday they cut our wrist bands of at 12pm, we were leaving at 6.30pm...

Firstly, Bulgarians can come across as rude and snappy. We found most of the staff very friendly and helpful. ‘Todor’, ‘Lilyana’, ‘Titch’ and the reception staff were all very nice. Food and drink could really do with an upgrade. The local drinks offered are pretty poor. Food, is always only warm, although the pizza served daily was very good. Food in general was hit or miss. Fab holiday in this lovely hotel . It was very clean . Food was great and snacks also .Loved the cocktails . I have booked again for next year . The staff in the bars were helpful and friendly . I would say to anyone to come here . Absolutely brilliant and the amazing beach across the road with free sunbeds belonging to the hotel was another great experience 😊

Everything was super from personal, rooms to food. The hotel is build near the beach and everything was clear. Thanks for good destination.
