Big rooms, very comfortable beds, nice staff, clean, big pools. Small beach but with sand and rocks, not many umbrellas or seats. Good food but scarce for a five star hotel,not too many options, bar limited to local drinks and few options for food abr. By the pool there is a paid bar. Overall good for the price paid for all inclusive.

We had no balcony and when we asked to upgrade they wouldn't. The view was of a waste rubbish area, the beds were low and uncomfortable the sink was in the shower which wouldn't stay on and the shower curtain was too short soaking the whole floor. the curtains didn't meet and the cistern lid kept sliding off. The hotel is clean and in the good location. Th all-inclusive food is lower quality, but the end of the season is a complete disaster. Even when we had purchased a full day we were told that we had to leave the hotel by noon, without lunch or dinner(or flight was at 10pm). The trael agency didn't know about this either. Staff are not smiley food is mostly cold and horrible however like how close it is to the shops and beach but staff could be more helpful.

Clean apartment, nice pools, good food. The Italian a la cart reasurant is excellent. The beach is near and there is a beach bar. Really nice animators- Dinko, Beny and Gabby. Program for children and adults. Our daughter is delighted!

I have to say, my family and I had an absolutely amazing holiday here. Staff were extremely accommodating, and super friendly. The reps went out if their way to always make us feel very welcome, and could not do enough to keep my 9 year old daughter entertained. This is one place I will definitely be going back to. Only for kids until 8 years old. Good for families with small kids. No waterpark / Only gonflabile sliders with water. Peoples form location do everything for you .

I recommend improving the conditions on the beache, a toilet is absolutely necessary there. Otherwise wonderful place!
