A wonderful hotel with plenty of pools for us to use unfortunately weather was not on our side so ended up in the indoor pool which was amazing, staff were very friendly and helpful could do with smiling a bit more though. Absolutely top notch hotel! We really couldn’t fault the food, the cleanliness, the staff, everything was spot on. Housekeeping every day, food always fresh and hot. What a hidden gem of a hotel. We finally stayed 5 nights here with B&B option, but we could have also chosen all inclusive. We all thourghly enjoyed our stay the hotel staff were exceptionally helpful nothing was too much trouble for them they were on call 24/7 with plenty of smiles I would recommend this hotel with my family will definitely be back. First time at arda hotel with family members of different ages, it is basic you get what you pay for. family run hotel fantastic service from all staff could not fault them in any way very very accommodating defo recommend and will be back next year xxx ❤❤❤

Decent hotel with reasonable price. Location is good - hotel situates near beach and shopping streets. Little disturbing was that sunbeds around the pools were always occupied (reserved with towels etc) and nobody did not seem to care. Pool bar was nice. Rooms are very clean.

The hotel had a good location, and the food at the hotel was quite okay. There were issues with check-in, as it starts at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. A hidden gem of a hotel. It has a real homely feel and that is all down to the staff making you feel this way. They were polite, friendly, amazing and so helpful. The room was spacious, clean and tidy and the breakfast was just lovely. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

If you are looking for somewhere to go in sunny beach I would recommend you to come to this hotel the stuff are lovely and the rooms are very nice and clean! I didn't have any food there as my mam looked the reviews and there was only 1 good review about the food and the rest was bad but if you stay here you are literally on the strip and there are many nice restaurants there.
