Aqua Nevis Club Hotel in Sunny Beach

Overall happy with my stay. Food was very good staff all excellent and friendly hotel was kept clean for the most part but my biggest concern was that the sun loungers and floor around the pool was not only worn out but not washed the attached waterpark had the floors jet washed every night but the hotel was not in the whole 10 nights I was there.
For available drinks there was plenty of options but the charge for chocolate at the bar extortion there is a supermarket just down the road charging local prices.
Overall all good.

We stayed at the Aqua Nevis for 1 week from the 19th to the 26th of September 2025.
We really enjoyed our stay!
Room:
When we booked, we upgraded to one of the larger rooms with a pool view, and a bedroom with an ensuite, a living area area with another bathroom.
The room was clean with ample storage for clothes, with a wardrobe in the living area, and another wardrobe in the bedroom.
Tea and coffee facilities and a small fridge were in the bedroom.
Cleaners came in every day, but our balcony which was double the size of the ordinary rooms, was not mopped clean during our 1 week stay, so we had to clean it ourselves.
This was a little annoying, because we would sometimes find cigarette ash and cigarette butts from balconys above, had dropped onto our balcony.
We are smokers ourselves, but we always keep our balconys clean!
Pool:
The pool was nice with plenty of sunbeds, but, the water was freezing cold.
I don't know if this would be the case during the main summer period.
There's a pool bar which also serves food which was very good to be honest.
There's also a small shop by the pool which sells ice-cream, inflatables, balls, and general bits and pieces.
The pool area and sunbeds are jet washed every morning, so it clean and tidy for the guests each day.
Food & Restaurant:
I usually struggle to find food that doesn't make me feel ill while on holiday.
This is due to my stomach not being able to tolerate some foods and spices.
This was not the case at the Aqua Nevis!
Every I ate, I thoroughly enjoyed!!!
The restaurant is clean and tidy, with plenty of staff cleaning the tables and floor very quickly!
There's also an outside area if you don't want to sit inside.
Staff:
Every staff member I met and interacted with, were very friendly and helpful!
A special mention goes out to 3 of the bar staff, Nik, Ven, and Niki.
We spent time with them all at the sports bar, and you'll also find Niki serving in the lobby bar.
These 3 young men, really made our holiday enjoyable and memorable!!!
10 out of 10 for all 3 of them!!!
Sports bar:
This is a great area for adults and children!
There's a football field where you can sit and watch the kids playing football while you're having a drink.
There are TVs to watch the different games/sports.
Table tennis, darts, pool tables,and crazy golf.
Lobby bar:
This is a nice area with plenty of seating in the form of large "U" shaped seating.
They also serve snacks like cakes, which are placed on a counter at the far end of the lobby by the bar.
Aqua Park:
We also really enjoyed the aqua park.
It was much larger than I expected!
Due to the time of year, the shops food shops in the park were closed.
You're also not allowed to take food into the park.
Your bags are checked by security on entertaining for anything you're not allowed to take inside!
There are plenty of slides to keep the whole family entertained, with areas for small children.
The lazy river is also a must of you enjoy that sort of thing, which is something we do enjoy!
Free bus to flower street:
There's a free bus to flower street, which starts in the morning, and the last bus is around 5pm if memory serves me correct.
My apologies, I can't remember the exact times, but they're fairly regular.
The bus only takes around 5 minutes to get to flower street from the hotel.
The driver has an hour for lunch, so you won't get a bus until after that.
The times for the free bus can be found in reception!

All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday here, and would definitely book again!

Great stay, at aqua nevis. Strongly reccomend... all inclusive defo worth while with great food options serving breakfast lunch dinner. Snack bar at pool also, great selection of alcoholic drinks/cocktails to choose from and no alcohol/mocktails, staff where friendly and very informative and helpfull durring whole stay,
Free access to action waterpark which has everthing for kids of all ages-adults
Free shuttle bus to town leaves you approx 10mins from beach and regular enough service,
Will defo be returning here

Wow Aqua Nevis Hotel has been one of the best hotel we have stayed in over the past 3 years.

From welcome from reception to last day fun in the pool.

This hotel is small, easy to navigate, clean, tidy and family friendly.

Where to start the rooms, we had a pool view room as a family of 3, it was so spacious, comfy beds, great walk in shower and rooms cleaned daily. The cleaners work so hard everyday throughout the hotel, from reception/bar area, kitchen and the staff in resturant cleaning tables.

The room.has a payable safe which we used with ease.

Food and drinks... the food has such a choice, from mexican and italian nights, lovely soups salads and tasty chicken and beef to vegetarian options which I tried a few nights . Always space to sit and eat never full. The snack bar was great for burgers and chips etc. Drinks and food they are maned which is great for me, keeping it clean and tidy. The alacarte is a nice touch food lovely and breaks up meals in the week. Note it is closed on a sunday when posting this. Even our little girl who in past hotels has struggled she ate so much better this time. There is a kids corner and ice creams at lunch and tea.

The main pool always had sunbeds, this is a pro with having the water park attached.

Anytime of the day you could get a sunbed, free towels with cards from spa area from 9 till 12 and drop back 4 till 6 which we did a few days of holiday. Theres no need to reserve sunbeds as there is plenty. The pool has 2 splash ones for kids where our girls spend time swimming and with water toys. The main pool is deeper has mini spa bit and the main activities happen around. There is strict rules no jumping or diving in the pools and lifegaurds keep a close eye. Seen themspeak to families several times when children kept jumping in. All of the maintaince men work so hard to keep pool and area tidy daily.

The animation team work so hard through out the day with zumba, stretching, darts, aqua fit and so much more. Our girl didnt join in as much for mini disco as its on the stage and she was very shy. The kids club we didnt use however there is some payable events which she did around the pool a couple days. The shows are hit and miss we went out one night to sunny beach when it was something we didnt want to watch over all it was great fun and it is what you make it to be . There was dance shows, singers, sports bar has karoke. At the sports bar you have mini golf and games room can be pricey but it is what you want to do. The only think i feel that it misses on an evening is the little snack popcorn or candy floss to buy. You can get crisps and chocolate from behind the lobby bar again bit pricey or taken own snacks down to when watching the entertainment.

The water park is open daily 10-6 we used this 5 times out of the 7 days for 3-4 hours at a time it was long enough. You dont get food and drinks included so you can pay for food and take drinks in with you from.hotel lots had stanley cups or drinks holders. The water park is large, 2 childrens areas in which are for children with yellow band or no bands.. any children with blue bands are asked to leave in which I think is far. If your child has a yellow band they can go on slides with someone in a blue band, our girl did the 5 slides she was allowed and the life guard whistle when they are on way down to help at bottom if need. Some of the lifeguards can seem rude however they are doing their job in keeping everyone safe in my eyes. The pools and foam party are great. Again so many sunbeds.

The free shuttle was great for getting back from Flower street and we booked taxi with hotel one day over was easy to do.

The number 2 bus to Nessebar is opposite the water park enterance again easy and timely for us to have a morning out in the Old town. You can water taxi but have to get back from the beach this was so much better for us.

The hotel was a great spot to see some of what Bulgaria has to offer. I would return again to this hotel and cant recommend it enough to other families. I will be again in years to come.

This hotel is very good as it offers a-lot such as a animation team pools a verity of foods and most of all access to the second best water park in Burgas, the food is really good you have a huge choice from pizza all the way up to shark. The staff is nice and so are the rooms. The water park might need a bit of an update though some new slides something or like that. And also a renovation to the sauna would be good. But apart from that i would recommend this hotel for anyone

Great aqua park. The rides are super fun! The water can be a bit cold for small children.
The hotel is clean with big rooms.
Food is great and varied.
All staff members are friendly!

Nice place, clean, meniu for all inclusive is not very elaborate, entertainment team with lots of games during the day, water park, far from the beach: there is a minibus that takes you in center and then 10 min walking. Ideally for family!

Good hotel with great variety of delicious food served! Also aquapark visits are included in fee. Highly recommend!!

Might be smaller than some of the larger parks around, but well ran and a good family experience, something for all ages.
