Bad things: plenty of bad and tasteless food, very cold and dirty water in the pool, hotel beach 1km from the hotel, children's juices, drinks regularly run out, few sunbeds for the large capacity of the hotel, no soap in the rooms, not enough towels

Is nice!!The food is amazing and varied. Also beach is not far,50m from the big white wheel. Sweeming pool is very clean👌Evening entertainment is very cool. ♥️♥️🫶The stuff is hospitable and very friendly♥️♥️🫶

We had a fantastic family vacation at Hotel Nirvana in Sunny Beach, Bulgaria. The hotel's location, just a short walk from the sea, was perfect for us

As it was late season there was no late bar as stated when booking. The location was great with bars and restaurants on the doorstep. A short walk to a lovely sandy beach. The bus stop at the front of the hotel

Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, providing a great place to relax after a day at the beach. Overall, Hotel Nirvana exceeded our expectations and made our stay memorable

The pool area was nice and relaxing area. The pool was a little cold but once in lovely to swim in. The bar served good beer local spirits and cocktails ok

It was really pleasant staying in this hotel. With kids I can say it was perfect. The beach was a few minute walk

Every day, the cleaning staff came to change the towels and tidy up. The food was excellent, varied and very tasty. The staff were kind and attentive

Overall -highly recommended for all families that just want to chill and forget about everything. I went there in late September. In high season supposedely it’s very crowded so keep that in mind

We stayed in a Preferred Club Double Deluxe Sea View room which was very comfortable and kept clean. Refilling of the mini bar was very hit and miss though. 10 out of 10 for this resort

But in low season it’s amazing

The dinner was a different story. Dishes with all kinds of meat made in different ways. It was good + salad for every taste! Big pool, not like the other hotels. It's 5 minutes away from the beach

The hotel has a lovely swimming pool the staff were all so friendly and the grounds were beautifully kept. I will definitely return next year. It wasn't the Ritz but the value for money was

Not to mention the shades, which make night out of day, in case you need an extra rest. A natural spot, not new and fancy but well maintained, from cleaning to garden attention. Will recommend and visit again

Had a great stay at the Continental park hotel. The bed is big, balcony with a view of the interior garden. Toilet's ventilation isn't working

The room in the Prima is big and wide - 5 stars from me. The breakfast was not good enough, everyday it was the same plus most of the products were low quality like the bacon, cheese, sosage and others

Overall it was good for its price. I rate 4 only because of the low quality breakfast

Pool is big and there is always place to lay down. Fish, sea food, calamari, chicken. Of course you can't expect a lot of choice for a 3 star hotel but it eas delicious

Staying here with my parents and friend. The hotel is very clean with such kind and friendly staff. Pool area is amazing and the hotel location is perfect. And thank you for the bottle of champagne for my dad's birthday

It has great location in the heart of Suny beach and it is extreemly clean, beautiful and calm and it is only 3 stars but looks like more. The people are friendly.

Very close to the beach (aprox. 5-7 min walk), has access to the pool downstairs and it is cozy

Reception was closed only rainbow 1 was open. Now around the hotel you can get to the beach but to get to a nice part of the beach your have to walk about 20-30 mins

The only thing is that the cleanliness could be improved, meaning that the bathroom didn’t exactly look like it was just cleaned. Otherwise, a good quality for the money

Toilet quickly runs out of water to flush. Towels wasnt changed and a very small bin but if you get a plastic bag it's not hard to fill it up and take it to the big bins outside. quite disappointing to what was advertised

Pictures for room size was quite deceiving, room was clean , small fridge , cleaning equipment everywhere even in the bathroom. Shower had a limited hot water so dont take long hot showers

Additionally, while there is password-protected WiFi in the lobby, the reception mentioned that they only provide WiFi during the summer season when the tourist season begins

Stayed there with a family in summer. We had a clean room with living room, two separated bedrooms and a balcony with a nice view of the outdoor pool. The hotel is close to sunny beach and Nesebar.

Amazing hotel, large, cosy rooms, comfortable beds and a balcony looking at the pool and yard. Only 10 minutes away from the beach, walking through the dunes on to the deck

Great beach, perfect for children and a lot of free areas to put your towel and sunbathe

The food is delicious! In the restaurant there's a variety of foods you could chose from - salads, cheese, marinated fish, olives, two types of soup for lunch and dinner, at leats nine main meals, variety of fruits and deserts

If you don't want to stay in the upbeat part of sunny beach this hotel is ideal its 10 minutes on the bus to flower street and going the other way 10 minutes to the beautiful Old Town of nessebar 2lev per person on the bud, and only 10 minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach

Can chose wine or beer, juice or soda, coffee and tea, hard alcohol at the lobby and pool bar - good quality! Animation all day long, games and competitions! Fun for children in the pool and waterslide! In the evening is quiet and calm, relaxing

The location on the beach is great, as you have both free beach and paid beach right in front of the hotel. The hotel itself is decently clean, not very, but decent. Room was ok size wise, with big bath

Room was cleaned every two days. We talked for parking and we were told it is ok and when we arrived we were told to go to some far parking on a field as our spot was given to someone else

Unit A103 was smelling like sewer. The door handles wete falling off on two of the 3 doors. The daily cleaning came only to throw away the trash. No fresh towels, no cleaning the floor or any other area

Closed area, free wi-fi throughout. On the grounds there are 2 pools, all well-groomed and beautiful. But as they say, a spoonful of tar should be added, from the sea quite far, about 700-800 meters

Cold water but god damn the food and rooms were amazing the location it is a bit far from beach but a nice little morning walk is also nice so it didn't really matter to us if it was far (it's like 15 minutes slow pace) the ground are beautiful and there were cats

Bed was broken, room was dusty. A lot of food but the same every day. Great location, close to beach, 3 pools with loads of chairs, very nice park, loads of plants

The room had a washing machine - a first for us on holiday - meant I came home with literally no laundry as everything got washed and dried in the Bulgarian sun! The pools are great / slides perfect for kids, plenty of loungers (although some more comfortable that others) - and the animation team great

We flagged it and they continued to serve it to people! (The pool was significantly quieter the next day) like other mentioned there was no refilling of trays either - almost a once it’s gone it’s gone

Lovely staff, clean rooms, sea view from the room terrace, good location. It's just 2 minutes walk to the beach. Only thing that I did not like is that there is no place for phone charging next to the beds.

It was my first time staying here and I absolutely loved every second of it. Steps away from the beautiful beach and the rooms were lovely and had everything I needed. All staff members were very nice and helpful.

We had the best stay. We are a big family and everything we needed and more was catered for. Guard staff were extremely helpful, cleanliness a 10/10. Comfortable beds and pillows.

Food here is great but on somedays the variety isn't as great. Staff barely knows any english. The cocktails in the bar are disgusting. The alcohol in the bar is terribly cheap only the beer tastes some what drinkable

We have been resting there for three years in a row. Everything in the restaurant is very tasty

The hotel looks good but the bed is really old and sunk in. In the room there are 3 sockets but they are to far away from the bed. The cleaners only make the bed (badly) and change the towels

We only got good drinks when we asked "make me something good" but because of the language barrier some bartenders didn't quite understand. We had a lovely vacation here

Problems with check in,no wi-fi in all hotel, no big screens for sports, poor animation program, vent in toilets not always working and etc

there was a lot of insects walking in and around the hotel and the pool wasn't very clean ( and VERY VERY VERY COLD! ) the staff were unhelpful and rude and don't know about dietary requirements like "gluten-free" which they shrugged off which made meal time more difficult at times

Half of the shops and restaurants around the hotel had closed so we were stuck eating at the hotel most nights, as it was out of season the menu was quarter of the size. But the food they did have available was OK

We travelled to Bulgaria in September - October 2017 and what we didn't realise then was this is just as their season I'd coming to a close

The road has no strip clubs or anything on until you reach flower street, so no dodgy looking people standing around. A small supermarket next door

About 10 minute walk to flower street (the main strip) down one well lit main road which has a police station half way down

Awesome hotel and location for families. Food ok a bit lacking at night for children but day time plenty of burgers fries. Pool clean and plenty of sun beds. Beach great big waves and water clear

Rooms are very clean and large. reception staff friendly and helpful entertainment basic but you got everything on doorstep. Fun fair and water parks on door step. Recommend it far all ages and nationalities

The rooms are large and clean, with big balcony,tv,closets. You can relax by the pool all day long and the best part is that the drinks are not expensive. I've been here 4 years in a row and had a great time

The hotel is 3 stars so you get what you pay. Next to pool is the best ( simple) food place and best people to serve you (with reasonable prices). If we come back it is bekose of the food place!!!

Pool area is clean and the drinks at the bar are amazing. The Barman Emil is super friendly. He have told me and my friends about the places worth to see and makes the best drinks

Briz Beach is the best hotel in sunny beach, great location with perfect sea view!

Briz Beach Apartaments is located literally on the beach! The sea view is amazing! The staff is friendly and always ready to help

We are satisfied with the hotel. We took it because of the sea view. The view is amazing! You take part in a movement, in a party. But it doesn't interfere with sleep at all

It's not a little issue but everything other was great - hotel services, pool, interiors and exteriors and the 24/7 busy main street of Sunny Beach

Wild sandy beaches are less than 1 km far away and it's impossible to avoid the busy street. Great for bigger families, group of friends etc. Nice place to enjoy vacation day and wild Bulgarian summer nightlife

It's a good hotel for the price. The best it's at the beach and has all facilities needed to spend lazy and relaxing time or sleepless night thus satisfying almost any taste

Best part about this hotel is the entertainment, vlad was great with us and anything we needed he was our first port of call and made our holiday a great laugh, will definitely come back in future
