Pool area was quiet most days and easy to get a sun lounger got busier as day went on. Lots of sun loungers on the beach to use again no problem getting one

The room conditions are good for a 2 star hotel. There is room cleaning every day and the personnel is kind. The food is GREAT, very diversified and tasty. Awesome view to the seaside from top floors.

Just returned from a 10 night stay at mpm hotel orel. Room was spacious and cleaned everyday very kind maid who smiled and waved everytime we saw her (10th floor). The lifts were a bit of a pain very slow

Food was alright as a picky eater I managed to find something to eat at lunch and dinner. Breakfast choice was not the best. Pool bar was best to get the alcoholic drinks from lots of choice to choose from

Checked into this hotel for a night and found staff so friendly from start to finish. Room basic but amazing shower and comfy beds. Free access to beach bar and beds on beach

Upon checking out told us to hold onto bands for 2 more hours and have lunch and enjoy the complex bit longer. Staff made the trip more enjoyable especially the young girl at bar in lobby

99 lev 15 pound English you had 3 courses and several choices, bar shuts at 9 pm but there is a supermarket few yards away and open till late at night wich was cheaper to get you beer from and sit on balcony ,pool was good but not enough sun beds but we always managed to get one late afternoon, you can change money at hotel reception and they do a good rate plus its safer ,the beach is a good 1...

This family hotel was a surprise as it was behind the main strip. The staff were really nice, helpful, friendly, breakfast was basic but nice, plenty of choice

Absolutely gorgeous little hotel that really is a hidden gem, I will start positively and give an honest review as always , location is great a few minutes from flower street which is the main centre, 5 minutes walk to the beach, the area had an abundance of bars and restaurants to choose from which would suit all tastes

Hotel was clean ,rooms are cleaned everyday though bedding was changed twice while there wich is OK towels changed everyday if you leave them on floor ,shower is OK but you have to put towels down around the shower so as not to slip as you get out of shower ,breakfast was OK it was same every day but feel sure you could find something to eat but was not hot just warm ,if you should buy an evening meal...

We all stayed for a meal here one night and the orders came out all wrong, at different tikes so half the party had finished before other meals had arrived and the waiter (who i have to say worked some rediculous long hours from am through to pm) spilt drink over one person and dropped Mayonnaise on another

Luckily two rooms were together where the you ger ones stayed next to each other. We stayed bed and breakfast with one couple out of the 12 having g half board. I would not opt for breakfast here again, it never changed

Perfect place to stay, away from all the noise of sunny beach but a close enough walk to enjoy it all

Fantastic location at the North End where it's quiet. 2 minute walk to the beach. 3 minute walk to local supermarket. "Train" stop to centre right by the Hotel.

We stayed in June and were delighted with our stay there. The rooms are kept very clean. The balcony had a lovely view of the black sea. Breakfast is actually very good for a budget hotel

Staff very friendly and helpful. Bring shower gel as none provided. Maids daily so lovely and clean. Food is lovely cooked to order. 2 minute walk to beach which is gorgeous

It is a world apart from the heart of sunny beach which is awful on most levels. But this area is almost like a different resort. Would I stay in this hotel again

There is no parking lot. The parking lot next to the hotel is ********* ********* for some reason. There is no place on the ground anyway. It is close to the sea but there are no sun loungers or umbrellas in the sea.

Overall, a good hotel in a great location. Very good breakfast. During our stay, the outdoor pool was closed for part of the time due to murky water. There is also an indoor pool at the hotel.

I had a very pleasant experience visiting this hotel on my solo trip. What caught my eye was the food there - and it was served really well. The kitchen staff did excellent and I would highly recommend anyone to visit.

I was not a guest there but I walked into the lobby and asked for help with finding a local car rental and the clerk was very helpful she searched on Google and called to make sure they have cars available.

Brilliant place and location. Super friendly staff and atmosphere. Very clean rooms with everyday care. We are stayed there for 9 days and always fill like a holiday! Want to recommend to everyone!🔥

I recently stayed at Hotel Tia Maria and I couldn’t be more impressed! The location is perfect—just a short walk from the beach, shops, and nightlife, but still quiet enough for a good night’s sleep

You can choose if you want to eat inside or outside. Coffee feels like its instant coffee. There is also an option to get pancakes in the morning sometimes instead of donuts. They clean the pool edge every day

The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including air conditioning and a balcony. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful at all times

The beach and shops are very close by. Many tours start from Arda bus stop and its pretty much next to the hotel

The rooms were basic but clean. The hotel is situated in a quieter area of Sunny Beach, which we found preferable to the more lively part !!

Verey nice hotel not far from the beach the resturant is on the top floor so you get a panoramic views plenty of bars clubs and nice resturants around the hotel the room are clean and the staff helpful the safety deposit safes are in the reception not in the room apart from that verey nice hotel hope you find this helpful

This hotel had only just opened for the summer season and was really quiet for the first few days, the staff were very helpful and friendly

The reps at the hotel were great ,Angie and Dan, we had a couple of small issues with the room and they sorted it out stright away. There was alot of choice at the breakfast and evening buffets

Nice location, only 500 meters to the beach Large room with the balcony Swimming pool is big enough, well cleaned, not too crowded in it The receptionist were rude and ignorant to us, he definitely needs to improve his communication skills

Payed for wifi in room ! Only to discover it only covered one phone or iPad. Worked the first day but after that had problems

They were constantly cleaning. One area I think needs sorting is the hot tub in the spa area, buttons didnt work, water was murky and the outflow was green. All staff work hard all day every day

Food choice was extensive constantly refreshed, apart from Sofia in the lobby bar who wouldnt know what a smile is let alone disturb her annoyed look, the staff were friendly and welcoming

Here is a lot of bad points first: One or two restaurant items were either cold or luke worm. One day the beans were straight out of the fridge. I went and complained to cooking staff immediately

Some reception staff look a bit miserable, however they did help a couple of times. No free water in rooms Now the good points: Bar staff in lounge were really friendly and welcoming

Arda Hotel was clean, the people were friendly. It was a great base for the beach and a walk along the main front. The breakfast was toast, cereal, scrambled eggs, sausages beans. I didn’t mind it at all filled me up

They pool area is clean and the pool is lovely but it is 🥶. It’s a family run hotel and I found them to be friendly and a really nice family and would definitely go back. Thank you for a lovely weeks break

Room was what you pay for with decent views of the souring area and sometimes the sea depending on your room, however its beside the main road and can be very loud at times so earplugs is recommended

Nice hotel and a lovely family that run it, hotel is in a nice spot as when you step outside it's a short walk to shops and bars also it's not far from the beach

We all thourghly enjoyed our stay the hotel staff were exceptionally helpful nothing was too much trouble for them they were on call 24/7 with plenty of smiles I would recommend this hotel with my family will definitely be back

Perfect for families with children as it is very much the offer is, everything is manageable and everything is clean. Even the toilets by the Pool are cleaned every 30 minutes. We come next year definitely again!

The room is quite large, I have a double bed and a single. I am all inclusive and the drinks are local products with real Coke zero or normal coke. The pool is large and the area clear

Everything was great. We wanna say thanks about our stay. Three swimming pools, big green area, delicious food and perfect staff. Nice people on the reception. Quality and service on the same level. We’re coming back.

We had really good interactions with the workers there the people are really nice in general especially the animationteam and the guy who keeps the reception up at night! We drank a lot, we laughed a lot and overall we just had a good time!

We spent 8 wonderful days in Hotel Riva park. Its really a nice holiday for us. Specially for my son who spent his birthday there,he got a whole colourful cake with a group of staff singing for him, he was so happy

Food was delicious (there are some we don’t like but some we like, you can always find something for yourself cause they served many dishes) unlimited ice cream and delicious pizza is a plus

I booked a four-star hotel as a super last minute. The TripAdvisor rating is sufficient at first glance #75 of 252 on Sunny Beach. Only after paying did I start reading the reviews and start to worry

Rooms clean, fresh towels everyday. Not too busy always managed to get sunbeds. Could do with investing in shower curtain or screens as bathroom ends up soaking wet. Daughter enjoyed the kids club

The hotel is maintained in a declining condition. The furnishings are old, worn out. The food is in a narrow repetitive menu, the taste is average (not amazing, not offensive). The staff is normal (non-conflict)

In summary, just the room we needed! As for the food, I have some additional comments. Breakfast offerings were identical daily. Lunch and dinner provided slightly more variety. Ice cream was only served at set times

Consequently, for all seven nights, I had to share the double bed with my two children. My friend slept on the small folding bed. In the bathroom, the sink wouldn't drain, and the door wouldn't close properly

The hotel is 3 min walk to the beach over the dunes via a wooden path walk. There is designated paid parking available right in front of the hotel for an extra charge

This is very nice hotel in Sunny Beach. We stayed here for 6 nights all in. As other reviewers said, the entrance and the loby are a little outdated but stil decent

The beach is not so close, there are parts with 2 sunbeds and umbrela for 30 lev (16euro) and in front of Zazu Bar and Bedroom bar are 50-60 lev (26-32) euro for 2 sunbeds with mattress and big umbrela and two towels

The pool is ok, the only down side is that the sunbeds are little dirty, from dust, sand, something spilled, etc, but that can be easly cleaned. There are activities for kids like waterpolo and dance party

We stayed at Delfin Hotel in Sunny Beach from the end of July to the beginning of August 2024, and we had a fantastic experience! The refurbished rooms were clean and comfortable, and the blackout curtains and individual air conditioning made our stay even better

The cleaning ladies are freshing up the rooms every single day!!! The All inclusive is great and they are different varieties of food to suit every taste. The pool has a decent size kids section and it is very clean

Sunbeds are cleaned daily, and the pool is cleaned every day. Would recommend you bring a kettle or you can hire one from reception. You are close to shops, bus stop and the beach

Absolutely fantastic, lovely, friendly staff, very clean room, plenty of space for sunbeds, food great. Couldn't fault anything apart from the later in September you go the evening entertainment is a bit poor.

Hotel is clean and close to the beach. The sea is calm, beach is sandy with shallow waters. The food is repetitive and if you a vegetarian then you will be eating pasta, pizza and chips everyday

The location is excellent, there is a private beach with parasols and sunbeds very close to the hotel. There is also free bar on the beach. The hotel is overall is very good

The evening entertainment is almost non -existent unless you like a music quiz every night, probably one of the poorest entertainment i have ever seen. The sea view room is recommended as it has a great view

Among the alcoholic drinks of the Savoy brand are white and dark rum, whiskey, vodka, gin. Menthol liqueur, grape rakia, white and red wine Karnobat. Soft drinks - Pepsi, Sprite, 7 Up. Fresh juices - orange and pineapple

Our towels were changed every 2 days. There is air conditioning in the room and a hairdryer in the bathroom. The ventilation in the bathroom did not work. The bar is open from 12:00 to 22:00

For lunch, fish, chicken and pork, meat and vegetable casseroles, soup, 4 different salads, stuffed peppers. For dessert, cakes, custard, baklava and fruits (apricots, watermelons, melons)

This hotel worked for me and a buddy. We stayed in the studio which had four beds and a lot of space. Overall this hotel could use some renovations but for me it served its purpose

We have found the RYOR restaurant is the best restaurant at the Sunny Beach! Everything fresh, tasty, personal perfect and finally price is half compared with other restaurants! The bonus is quiet location you do not have to shout durig talking

Very nice restaurant/hotel. The food is really good, no matter what you choose it is always delicious. We have been here every day during our week in sunny beach and every day was better than the day before.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to solo travelers unless they know the language as we did find it quite isolating the first 2 days not being able to speak to anyone else but eachother but we never felt unsafe and the hotel and sunny beach itself was a friendly place

we also visited a water park about a 5 minute walk away from the hotel for £20 which had slides a pool wave pool and lazy river which we spend a few good few hours at without getting bored

Overall we would come back to sunny beach and stay at the ryor hotel it was far enough away from everything to get a quite night but close enough if you wanted a good night

We loved sitting in the restaurant/pool area at evenings like many other people. It was like being in a cozy pub. There is an abandoned club right next to the hotel, but there is nothing the hotel can do about it

To the beach you have to walk about 800-1000 meters, but it is very doable when you find your chosen path. The manager and the crew in the restaurant worked hard and everything worked great

We had a nice two room bedroom facing the pool. Pool is nice and it had few cabanas also. There were always free loungers even up until 12. The hotel looks cozy and romantic
