Grand Hotel Nirvana - All Inclusive & Free Beach Access in Sunny Beach

This hotel is a joke. Don’t even care about your customers. Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. CARES MORE ABOUR MONEY THAN PEOPLE. Me and my family came in at 7:30am with barely any sleep and it’s now 2pm. There are different families coming in at this time letting them in a hotel just because there paying extra money. This hotel is a JOKE. All you guys care about is money you don’t even care about how your customers are feeling. We paying over a grand just to come here and have a good time and you guys disappointed us. Shame on your hotel..

Very bed, the hotel promo is abou beach, the beach is dirty. So we have to go another beach and paid for it. The beach is far away (about 15 minutes walk and 1 km piece). So maybe they can tidy the beach or probably dont said about it. The food is only for ***. The accomodation is ok.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The service was terrible, the food was bad and management very rude. The rooms were not service for days and when they were they just changed the towels, empted the bin and threw in a couple of sheets and you had to make your own bed. Nobody came for four days once and I had to complain four times until somebody eventually came. I asked them for an extra bath towel but they said I couldn't have it. I eventually went and got a couple of pool towels to use. The food was terrible. Hot food for breakfast consisted of pasta, rice, chips and stewed peppers. The only eggs were hard boiled and any leftover were put out the next day. Hot food for lunch and dinner consisted of either pork or chicken, sometimes fish. And the soup was either pork or fish from yesterday's meal. Because it was nearing the end of the season they were closing everything down around us. The sky bar, the beach bar, the night club all closed. The only place open was the pool bar which shut at 11 p.m. even then the barman kept disappearing and kept you waiting at the bar. I know that I stayed at the hotel near the end of the season and there would many people there, what to start closing down and removing things and reducing food choices whilst we were there was very bad. The only saving grace is that there are a lot of restaurants and bars near the hotel where I could eat.

I read the reviews (have no idea how it has so many good reviews) of the hotel and description. The price and description matched my needs and I made a fatal mistake. My staying was from 20-27 Sep 2024. The service was nothing as described, no entertainment for kids, no ice cream, no snack bar, half of the hotel is closed due to "end of season" which weren't stated in the description. I complained to loveholidays, after, the man who didn't introduce himself approached me and gave out to me about the complaint, harassed me verbally in front of my kids and said that speacially for me ice-cream will be available and snack bar open but he can't help with entertainment as I should book my holidays in August rather than now. Also he clearly stated not to leave him any bad reviews as I will be in trouble. Turns out he was one from a management. The reception providing rude service as i asked for the toilet paper and man gave me 2 rolls saying "ill give you more as you eat a lot and sh*t a lot". This is a 4* hotel, I have no idea how did they reach to that level as it is nothing like that. Health and safety, hygiene, room service are very poor. It would be a great B&B, but not a 4* hotel. If you are traveling as me with kids skip this hotel and book somewhere else. For example accross the road the 4* hotel had all the entertainment for the entire time we were passing by and no end of season for them. The stress I went through was unbelievable, and I meant to relax with my kids. Hopefully I've saved someones holidays by this review. Have all videos and photos as a proof and it's nothing like in the description.
