The best thing about this hotel was the great location. Other than that it needs renovation. Pillows and towels were stained and old. The bathroom was okay but the faucets and the tub glass were not cleaned well. Because of the cafe downstairs the rooms that overlook the park are noisy and the staff doesn't bother to ask their clients to be more respectful after 10pm. Overall, I would look for better options next time I visit the town.

The hotel is nice and the location is perfect. The staff is really nice. You should know that there is no option to pay with a card. There is no elevator. The spa is small, but very pleasant.

We visited the restaurant. Average food quality, mostly deeply frozen products, heated over the barbecue, small portions, but prices are above the average. If you want a drink in a calm atmosphere, it works, but for dining it's rather disappointing. Service and personnel are friendly, though. Lower food quality could be driven by modest footfall and management focus on profit, rather than customer satisfaction.

Don't book and drive there. They will call you and say, that Booking.com have oversold them. Never have I had a confirmed booking deleted 10 minutes before arrival before.

Very nice and cozy hotel, friendly and helpful staff. You get bikes dir free ans you can use the indoor sauna and steam bath aswell. The restaurant offers very good food.

Negative comments:
- no elevator
- outdated/dirty room
- bad price/quality wise (very expensive for what it is)
- not a real "spa" centre (jacuzzi, hammam and sauna, no swimming pool and a lot smaller than the spas in other hotels)
- crooked floor in room
- only one option for breakfast (since the cook wasn't there...), bread tasted moldy.

Resume: Main issue is that the prices are too high - especially compared to other hotels in the surroundings -, so you'd expect it to be clean, nice, tasty..

Positive comments:
- the (female) staff members we interacted with were very helpful/friendly.

Vtre vse edno peshchera! Malki prozortsi, skosove i tmnina! Yavno da ne se vizhda praholyaka, che izobilstva.
Restorant - tam ole male. Porchvash v 8ch. vecheryash sled 10ch. v nay dobriya sluchay, ako ne sa zabravili ili obrkali porchkata.
Kesha privrshil i iskash da platish bez kasovo, nema kak! Greda! Terminala ne raboti (BTK) im vinovni :(

Very clean and comfortable. The food was really good. The spa center is small, but nice. The staff is kind and took really good care of us. I am impressed by the level of service, which was more than excellent.
