Residence City Garden in Plovdiv

5 stars wannabe with the worst employees ever! Avoid if you expect the least of empathy or profesionalism.
Yeah sure, rooms are nice, but waited 20 minutes in the shower like , because they just "forgot" to turn on the boiler in the apartament. We were 6 persons in a 3 rooms apt, so we had a nice nespresso machine, but only 4 capsules. We went down to kindly request 2 more, since we were 6, but they denied it, as they said it was only a complementary thing and they cannot provide extra 🤦‍♂️
In the back of the hotel, for accessing the parking, there is a door that can be opened from outside, with the room key. Guess what, can't be, even though it says that it can.
And lastly, breakfast... Man, please whatever you do, don't disturb the lady at the restaurant in the morning.
Hospitallity - zero, smiles - don't even try, they all look like is a burden to work here, and certainly, since working in horeca, substantial training should go into perfecting the employees skills while working with customers, yet, it seems that in this place, this doesn't matter at all.
