From the moment I pulled in with my car I received stellar service. The room was beyond 10. It was warm from the previous guest and I could not figure out how to cool it down so called the front desk and they were up in 2 minutes fixing the issue. Breakfast was amazing with fresh fruit and the best yogurt I have ever had. I highly recommend this hotel. I am not easily impressed and I was.

Very nice hotel, excellent location. Two small issues. The AC was a bit weak so it took some time to cook off the room. And the front door was extremely hard to open, as a matter of fact one person from our party gave up and wasn't able to get out of the hotel when he wanted to.

Great location with immaculate room and friendly staff. Online check-in was easy. Air-conditioning was appreciated in the 35°C heat. Keyless entry was handy, just be sure to remember your code or have it written down somewhere!

A tiny boutique hotel with very good service, Coco recently opened a cool bar on the street level. No elevator. Rooms are comfortable and quiet but very small.

The Lady from the personnel was very polite when she welcomed us. We suggest that the existing tiny ancient TV to be replaced with a slightly bigger size and installed on the correct wall. Hopefully, that will improve the hotel rating.

Charming hotel with beautifully decorated rooms. Location is perfect for visiting old and new Plovdiv. Very friendly and helpful owner. We had to leave early for the bus to Velikov and the owner arranged for an (homemade) early breakfast and a taxi to the bus-station.

Very glad that we were assigned to stay in the Green room! Each room was decorated in different colours. The whole building is well decorated in wood. Very friendly owner of the place. Spoke well English and giving warm welcome to us. Sufficient heating inside the room to help us stay warm. It has been a cozy and nice stay!

Excellent & friendly service We stayed a week in the hotel. Dimitri was excellent from the time we arrived and very helpful. Explained all the places to visit and how to get there. Breakfast was good and kept us going all morning and also varied daily. Beautiful house in Plovdiv The house is beautifully restored with a combination of a traditional farm house and modern style. It's in the perfect location and the room was very cozy.

For another trip to Plovdiv we chose the same guest house and found all items about service and rooms and people on the same high standard as last time. Beautiful rooms, great beds, friendly and responsive owners. Nothing more to inquire from a good guest house. Found these three attributes all un-changed since my 1st stay in 2021.

It was a late check in. They send me an instructions with some pictures so it was so easy to get in. Comfortable seperated toilet and a hot tub with refrigerator in operational state.

Great stay!! Super close to the Main Street with many bars and restaurants. The apartment is safe and secure within a building complex with easy self check in.
