Clean, cozy, staff was friendly, won't regret the stay for the price you pay

Unique place nearby Plovdiv centre. Clean. Friendly staff. I liked the room design and color. Lightning was uncommon but nice. The fridge was mounted high on the wall - a very convenient feature. The bathroom was comfy and big enough. What else?

Absolute A , 10/10! I wish I would have got the staffs names because they were excellent, friendly, kind, and knowledgeable people. The younger girl who works during the day is an angel and helped me with directions and information. Breakfast was amazing with meat and vegetarian options. Room was spotless clean and very affordable.

Hotel not very well located The hotel is far from public transportation. It's clean and quiet. Breakfast is strange, as you have to choose from several options and can't mix and match. This limits what you can eat.

The service was excellent! The breakfast is excellent, with a variety of breakfast options to choose from. Hot water is good and the decor is new! The colors are very bright. It is a very good business hotel with complete facilities. It is a little far from the city center and there is a bus station nearby. Overall, I am very satisfied! Next time I visit this city, I will choose this hotel.

Good The apartment was nice and modern, the bed was a bit hard and pillows not good at all. It was ok for 1 night though before flying home, also a very reasonable price.

OK, nothing special. Good value for the money. Not too practical if you're staying there as a family and planning to e.g. eat in or cook. We were there for about 24 hours & ate breakfast once only to realize there was no way to clean the floor from the crumbles the kids left behind. Other than that, the staff is polite, there's parking (at an extra charge) and it's relatively clean.

Fantastic location in the pedestrian zone with really easy access to everything central Plovdiv has to offer. Parking is available close-by for 25bgn (around €12.50) which is definitely worth it. The hotel is welcoming andbthe rooms comfortable. There were a couple of small issues with the room, but they were promptly sorted by very helpful staff. We would definitely stay here again

Brilliant location on the main street with lots of restaurants and shops. Only a few minutes walk from the old town. The room is very clean and spacious with a very large walk in shower and the staff were very friendly.

Comfortable room, and the staff are always ready to help with anything. The room was very clean and lacked nothing, and it is very good value for money. It is on the main pedestrian shopping street, which is very convenient for exploring and shopping. The only downside for some might be that there is no elevator.

Tip: walk through the underground shopping/station tunnel to get to the hotel in less than half the time Google thinks it will take.

Very nice hotel, but doesn’t offer free water in the room. It was very very hot outside and it would be a nice (and normal) thing to have two free small bottles of water in the room. The room was excellent except one point which for me is an issue. There were no curtains and the blinds on the windows let the light in. Nevertheless, I highly recommend the hotel, at least for the price we paid for a huge 3 person room (approx. € 90 via Booking, mid of August). The breakfast (€ 6 per person) was adequate.

I recently stayed at this hotel and couldn't be more impressed! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating—not just to us, but to our furry companion as well. It's not easy to find places that genuinely cater to pets, but this hotel truly goes above and beyond.

In July it was really hot 🔥 and the air conditioner was very, very poor! And unfortunately, it is centralised. Because in other way I clean the filters which often are very dusty and that is the reason for poor performance. Got bitten by something but could be my fault as I had the window open. The blankets were too small and the pillows uncomfortable. Otherwise the rooms were decent, the bathrooms too and the location was ok. They had free parking which was really good. The staff was ok too but not too friendly. There was also a full mini bar which is always a plus.

The hotel room and common areas where we stayed with our family on December 20, 2025 were very clean. The staff were also very helpful. They could just improve the breakfast variety a little. I recommend it.

Best hotel in Plovdiv with great location and already they have Hausbrandt espresso.

I chose it because it's located near the industrial zone. Nice atmosphere in the lobby and the staff was helpful. Breakfast was pretty good too. The room was nice, bed was firm, but the decor was absurd. Like someone had a lot of money to waste on superfluous carpentry.

3 stars ranked, but very comfortable, the staff was friendly, well equiped for corona times, the rooms are clean and large. The breakfast is very good, especially the cheese pie. Close to the Old Center, less than 10 minutes by taxi, which is very cheap, 4.34 leva.

Hotel in a relatively old building that is kept in very good condition with full amenities and services. Excellent value for money. Very close to the old town and the Kapana . Travelled with our pet - that's the reason why we picked this hotel actually - it's a dog friendly place. The location is superb, but the rooms are kinda average. Great choice in the old town Charning hotel with antique decor and spacious rooms right in the old town. The hosts werlnt above and beyond with a personalized welcome and wine & cheese + breakfast option and free soft drinks. Parking right around the corner was a big bonus. Lovely old-world boutique hotel in the beautiful Plovdiv Old Town. Greeted with our names on the welcome board and a refreshing cool drink. Nice location in the old town and close to the pedestrian area. Personalized welcome note. We had a twin room, bed was high for me and the hard side rail/board was a bit uncomfortable. Good breakfast and free wine and cheese in the evening. No elevator, not a problem for us but perhaps for some. Overall decent place.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The faucet in the shower was not working properly. Free parking. Wifi in the rooms was very unstable, I had to use 5g from my phone for work. It looks like the breakfast no longer served (or maybe there were no other guests). Receptionist was very helpful and directed me to a small cafe / local bakery in the store on the other side of the road.

What can I tell about this place, they try their best. Rooms are clean but not to clean, food is not the best, only thing great about this place is staff, they are super friendly. All in all an ok place to stay in.

The reception doesn't know where is free parking. I parked next to the building after asking reception and getting confirmation it's okay to park there. In a couple hours got a fine ticket (looked like because I was a foreigner and no cars with BG plates had the ticket)

We had an absolutely phenomenal stay ! Our experience was made a whole lot better because of the lady at reception called Alex. She was so helpful & accommodating ! The room, bedroom & bathroom looked exactly like the pictures, if not better. As it was freezing temperatures the heater warmed the entire place up in no time ! It was a perfect location as we had Kaufland on our door step.

Amazing. I landed here for Dental surgery on the way to Sofia. Dimitri the owner is a orthodontist, He set me up with a clinic, Maria his wife has been incredibly helpful, washing clothes etc. And Ogi the next door neighbour and handyman, set up my father at Sofia airport to fly in and get brought to the hotel. I have a strong feeling the person serving us was also the owner of the small hotel. He was highly motivated, helpful and nice at all times, even when facing multiple day guests arriving simultaneously and demanding service at once. Lots of attention to detail was evident on multiple occasions and the gardening around the building made for a lovely ambience in the middle of the old town.

The location is very good if you are visiting without a car. With a car it’s a nightmare. The hotel was very clean. They have beautiful little garden. A wonderful place to rest and ride

Outside of Plovdiv is this hotel. Kind staff, with a very spacious apartment (we were 4), and a very nice outside restaurant. They have horses, playground, quite an interesting place, either for a weekend or to stop overnight.

We were celebrating my son's birthday. They have a great base, which I think needs to be worked on a little more. The animator is not worth them, not even. If I had known she was so weak, I would have hired an outsider. But all in all it was a fun time and we left smiling.
