Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff members are always kind and fun, friendly, approachable and help around. Didn’t have a lighter and one of the staff members gifted me his, forgot my charger at home and they gave me one of theirs, otherwise I may not have been able to wake up for work the next day! Happy to go there every so often!

The place is located in a modern neighborhood, which of course has its downsides - the road to the hotel is almost non existent and it's not easy to find it. However, the hotel is clean and cozy. Service is excellent, there is a small bar available with limited variety of options, but still it's ok. It was a bit noisy in the night, the person at the reception seemed to had been doing some work.

I have a strong feeling the person serving us was also the owner of the small hotel. He was highly motivated, helpful and nice at all times, even when facing multiple day guests arriving simultaneously and demanding service at once. Lots of attention to detail was evident on multiple occasions and the gardening around the building made for a lovely ambience in the middle of the old town.

Good service in top location. I have always wanted to spend a night at the old town of Plovdiv. They serve great breakfast as promised, delicious tea and the hotel does have lovely garden to read a book or drink your coffee. It is calm and clean :)

The location is very good if you are visiting without a car. With a car it’s a nightmare. The hotel was very clean. They have beautiful little garden. The hotel is very chic and classy. The interior is done very well with a lot of taste. The staff was very kind and welcoming and made me feel at home. The room was very cozy, with good lighting. Outside of Plovdiv is this hotel. Kind staff, with a very spacious apartment (we were 4), and a very nice outside restaurant. They have horses, playground, quite an interesting place, either for a weekend or to stop overnight.

A wonderful place to rest and ride

We were celebrating my son's birthday. They have a great base, which I think needs to be worked on a little more. The animator is not worth them, not even. If I had known she was so weak, I would have hired an outsider. But all in all it was a fun time and we left smiling.

An extremely peaceful place - relaxing and energizing with a good feeling. Clean rooms. The biggest attraction is the opportunity to ride or just admire the beautiful horses.

I stayed here per my friends’ recommendation as I flew in for their wedding and many guests were staying here. The hotel is not near the center of town and one must take a Taxi or drive a car. Parking was available on site. Checking in was horrible. I came with a friend (checking in separately) who is Bulgarian and the receptionist and my friend got caught in a very long conversation.
