The hotel is very chic and classy. The interior is done very well with a lot of taste. The staff was very kind and welcoming and made me feel at home. The room was very cozy, with good lighting. I stayed there for a week and the room was being cleaned every day during my stay. I definetely recommend this place if you are ever in Plovdiv.

The staff was rude and they argued with us when we expressed concerns with the wifi. The room was not very clean and there were stains on our pillows. Parking was limited and when asked where to park the response from the lady at the front desk was a shrug. The only redeeming factor was the cold air conditioning.
Would not recommend!

Very clean and neat place, quite spacious even the small room(s). The bathroom is good and the water pressure is suberb!

Nice, tidy and clean hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It's located nearby the Grebna baza complex so for me the location was great.

Located in a quiet area Hotel Bordo is my most prefered place to stay in Plovdiv during business trips. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast is good too. There are always parking lots available. Wi-Fi is working pretty good. The value for money is definitely worth.
