Great choice in the old town Charning hotel with antique decor and spacious rooms right in the old town. The hosts werlnt above and beyond with a personalized welcome and wine & cheese + breakfast option and free soft drinks. Parking right around the corner was a big bonus. Only downside was a bit of noise from the big road nearby.

Fantastic location for visiting Plovdiv. We were greeted at reception and provided with very useful orientation on what to see and, especially, where to eat in the town. The attention we received was superb and we were made to feel very much at home.

Lovely old-world boutique hotel in the beautiful Plovdiv Old Town. Greeted with our names on the welcome board and a refreshing cool drink. Old world elegance in the air-conditioned rooms with generous modern ensuite bathrooms. Wine and cheese at 4:00pm, and a tasty breakfast included. Nice location in the old town and close to the pedestrian area. Personalized welcome note. We had a twin room, bed was high for me and the hard side rail/board was a bit uncomfortable. Good breakfast and free wine and cheese in the evening. No elevator, not a problem for us but perhaps for some. Overall decent place.

Hotel is quite good and is at very perfect location. Tip: Never choose room 804. The room was hot like burning furnace due to direct exposure of sunlight. As Air conditionig doesn't work in winter, so Temperature in my room was 32 and outside was 12. Rest of the things were perfect. The hotel was under renovations when I booked and I was not notified. I was not able to roll my luggage from the entry to the elevator, which would not have been an issue except I was never offered any assistance from the desk staff. Best hotel in Plovdiv with great location and already they have Hausbrandt espresso.

I chose it because it's located near the industrial zone. Nice atmosphere in the lobby and the staff was helpful. Breakfast was pretty good too. The room was nice, bed was firm, but the decor was absurd. Like someone had a lot of money to waste on superfluous carpentry.

3 stars ranked, but very comfortable, the staff was friendly, well equiped for corona times, the rooms are clean and large. The breakfast is very good, especially the cheese pie. Close to the Old Center, less than 10 minutes by taxi, which is very cheap, 4.34 leva.

The hotel is really nice, the personel from the reception also. Tasty drinks at the bar where they have also a terrace. Nice location. And if you are a karting passionate person, in the front of the hotel, there is a very nice karting track with very nice and speedy kartings that needs to be tried. Mid level stay Hotel’s facilities are not good. The restaurant was closed. The pool is open for everyone with a fee and closed at 19:30. The receptionist does not know english and rude. The room is big enough but there is no private bathroom, just a glass place with filming.

Looks more modern Hotel looks modern but lacks some practicalities, restaurant was closed, the bathroom was enclosed in glass with sticker on it. Hotel in a relatively old building that is kept in very good condition with full amenities and services. Excellent value for money. Very close to the old town and the Kapana . Travelled with our pet - that's the reason why we picked this hotel actually - it's a dog friendly place. The location is superb, but the rooms are kinda average. The breakfast can be improved a lot, we were not able to eat any of the stuff there, coffee options limited and quite bad in terms of quality/taste. Overall - average.

The reception doesn't know where is free parking. I parked next to the building after asking reception and getting confirmation it's okay to park there. In a couple hours got a fine ticket (looked like because I was a foreigner and no cars with BG plates had the ticket)

We had an absolutely phenomenal stay ! Our experience was made a whole lot better because of the lady at reception called Alex. She was so helpful & accommodating ! The room, bedroom & bathroom looked exactly like the pictures, if not better. As it was freezing temperatures the heater warmed the entire place up in no time ! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The faucet in the shower was not working properly. Free parking. Wifi in the rooms was very unstable, I had to use 5g from my phone for work. It looks like the breakfast no longer served (or maybe there were no other guests). Rooms are good. Staff is extremely friendly, and location cannot be beat. The front desk closes between 10 PM and 8 AM, and they’re really clear about that. They went above and beyond to email me about checkin times. Really happy with the stay. Will definitely come back.

The room was excellent except one point which for me is an issue. There were no curtains and the blinds on the windows let the light in. Nevertheless, I highly recommend the hotel, at least for the price we paid for a huge 3 person room (approx. € 90 via Booking, mid of August). The breakfast (€ 6 per person) was adequate.

I recently stayed at this hotel and couldn't be more impressed! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating—not just to us, but to our furry companion as well. It's not easy to find places that genuinely cater to pets, but this hotel truly goes above and beyond.

In July it was really hot 🔥 and the air conditioner was very, very poor! And unfortunately, it is centralised. Because in other way I clean the filters which often are very dusty and that is the reason for poor performance. Got bitten by something but could be my fault as I had the window open. The blankets were too small and the pillows uncomfortable. Otherwise the rooms were decent, the bathrooms too and the location was ok. They had free parking which was really good. The staff was ok too but not too friendly. We were accommodated in the 2nd building (behind the restaurant) and the room was not properly cleaned. The bathroom looked like it was last cleaned at least two weeks ago, one of the towels was quite old and its edges were trimmed. Ok for one night sleep, but far from comfort
