Stayed in there for the duration of my cousin wedding and I was amazed from the Luxury and specious room. In a very quiet area which helped for better sleep. The whole small town is very calm and relaxed. They had their own mineral small pool which I managed to use as well. Definitely I will visit again when I go back.

Tremendeous place. Quiet and clean. The rooms are spacious and have terraces with breathtaking views. A breakfast made from home grown fruits and vegetables served by the lovely host is the icing on the cake.

This hotel is undergoing renovation. It will be managed by Italians to offer a nice and very familiar environment for the Italians who will go to Sofia. It is located in Gorna Banya, a reserved place outside the city cause. Hotel Fency is located outside the center of Sofia, but in a short time you can go downtown.

Good price for a room. Rooms were small and mostly clean. Chairs on the balcony would be nice. Sleepy neighborhood. Nice view on Vitosha mountain. Mineral water spring in the front with very good water. Close to the park in front is a very good bakery with delicious banitsa and the Serbian grill around the corner serves the best Tarator for 1,40leva.

We booked trough booking.com a double room with a child’s crib. Upon viewing the rooms we selected a different one - more spacious. The lady upgraded us with no extra charge. It was very clean, spacious and quiet. The rooms lack fridge, electric kettle and ac, but for the price and the fact you are in the downtown area, I would not complain. It was a pleasant stay.

Stayed here because my dog needed to go to the vetenarian clinic. Which is really close to the hotel. It was a 12 leva surcharge for pets which was very reasonable. The room was clean. And the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was totally adequate. Also it was very practical for me that they run a restaurant.

Quite old, but clean interior. Room also was clean, with comfortable beds, but equipped not so good. No electric kettle or single tea bag I expected a little more from the breakfast - the choice of "dishes" was rather small, however it was only 3€. Very, very nice views from hotel room. The owner is a nice lady who waited for me for a late check-in and even cooked me dinner. The rooms are cosy with everything necessary. The hotel is a good recommendation for a short business trip to Sofia. You are getting a good value for the money.

comfortable, spacious, clean and right off the motorway, yet you can get a good night’s sleep (although you can hear some of the freight vehicles cleaving the nearby carpark in the early hours). dog friendly and the restaurant was opened late. we got charged for parking although they said it was free for guests with cars (we were driving a minivan).

It is OK for a one night stay, if you are just passing through. The included breakfast is more of a snack than a breakfast. As a caution: the spoken English at the reception is very, very limited and there is no way to pay by card (no POS)

The rooms should be taken care of a little bit more...and definitely changing towels when rooms are booked!!!! Staff didn't cared about our stay... No towel change...no sheets changed...no toilet paper!!!! Beside the restaurant i don't recommend staying here!!!! They take only cash

Super nice... the beds are king size and there is a hint of chic and "expensive" everywhere, but the food in the restaurant is really expensive. There is a market nearby and everything is great.

The ladies from reception very helpful. Daily cleaning, daily change of the towels, parking for the car. A honest price for the room. The metro station it is at 400 m and you can take the metro directely from the airport. There is near an exchange office open untill 5 p.m. Also near are Lidl and Kaufland.

This place gives you positive vibes and a calm mood. It feels more private than a grand hotel and the restaurant terrace is just wonderful with it's diffuse light coming all over you during the day. Set in leafy beautiful Boyana, rigth in the quiet centre, a couple of minutes away to the lovely gardens of Unesco designated Boyana church. The hotel is located at the crossroads of two major boulevards, a little further from the city center. If you want to use public transport, there is a bus and tram stop right next to the hotel. There is free parking. The rooms were clean. We stayed on the 5th floor. It is very colorful with lots of graffiti art. But air the room well, the rooms are rather stuffy. If you can, stay on the second floor. The pillows are very thin so you might ask for extra pillows.

We went to the restaurant only. It's a great daily lunch menue for 11.30 leva ( tarator& courgette rice). The restaurant was spacious and the service swift& friendly. The portions are rather big& a good price. The chocolate souffle is freshly baked and like a lava cake still hot and liquidy. Child friendly.

When we was here at first everything looks ok. I was happy. When We had second reservation - it was awful. First room which I've got was a room for a disabled people. This is mixed experience. I spent thefe 2 nights. The first night was a nightmare. We got aroom on the 3rd floor which is old and poorly maintained. If you are on a budget, and alone - or with someone you can share a bed, this may be a decent choice. I recommend the larger size room because the small one is claustrophobic. After staying one night, we decided to pay more to a regular hotel and didn't regret it.

The hotel was still some how under construction. Our room wasn't all done. Like our toilet ring was loose, most of hangers where loose also and the carpet was dirty.
