The room was clean, spacious, and odorless, making it a pretty good hotel in Bulgaria. The only downside was the limited breakfast selection, although they did have freshly fried sunny-side-up eggs. I prioritize the accommodation environment; a filling breakfast is fine.

A very unique and a surprising space combining a hotel, bar and a restaurant. The interior is designerish with hip, funky colors. This a great place for your rest, since they have really wide range of options for saunas, pools, infrared sauna room and etc. The staff is amazing! Extremely polite and very hasty! One downside is that some of the saunas were not working which was odd since I going there like every other week, and some of them are not working more than a month. First time at Sophia and this is our hotel. Managed to get an awesome deal on a huge room with a great view and spa treatments included. All the sunas are working pretty great, the massage cost extra, but I didn't get the chance to try it. The only minus is that the gym and hot tub was under renovations. The hotel was still some how under construction. Our room wasn't all done. Like our toilet ring was loose, most of hangers where loose also and the carpet was dirty. Amazing B&B in central Sofia. Our host, Ludmil was so great! He was there when we arrived from the airport and the apartment is super well conserved, and the bed and the bathroom were in very good condition. The best part was the bulgarian breakfast we had prepared by Ludmil with an extra conversation about Bulgarian history that we enjoyed a lot! Highly recommended!

The hotel has quite a good location, close to the city center on the pedestrian street. The rooms are quite old and mattresses are quite bad, but everything is clean. It was a good experience and hotel is in close proximity to main walking street. Can walk to most of the city attractions from the hotel. I did use the metro to get to the hotel from airport and after that 3 days of walking to cover all the major attractions. I extended my stay and they booked me in the other part of their hotel for an extra night at a lower price.

The personnel is fantastic (mostly all of them) specially if they try to help you.  The room is average/medium due they give you a non renovated, non climatized room and a non screen shower in the bathroom so when you take a shower everything is a mess.
