The location of the hotel is exceptional and very convenient. Travel time from Sofia is less than 90 min and it's great that there is onsite parking. The temperature in the hotel and the room was perfect to get warm and feel cozy. The food was delicious.

Very good cuisine. Dinner was excellent. Waitress was very polite and caring. They even cooked out of the menu for our vegetarian friends. This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money! A really lovely hotel with a fantastic spa, surroundings and really good food. As it was located out of town it felt like a retreat and has one of the best ski slopes in the resort which is only 5 minutes walk away.

I traveled with my family with a reservation via Booking. As Diltzvet didn't receive information that we are traveling with a kid, they offered single beds. Overall, a nice and quiet place, near lots of tavernas and only 10 min drive from the winter resort.

Clean rooms and good location - next tot the sport hall, on the vank of the river and in the middle of sport playgrounds. It's not a fancy hotel but you can spend some time here without hesitation

It is a good 3 star hotel, the rooms are ok, but nothing fancy, basic but good breakfast, but the best thing was the relaxing zone, the saunas, the pool, super nice and clean.

It's a great hotel back to back with the sports complex. The rooms are a bit dated but the friendly staff and great location make up for it. 2 things to note are the great breakfast buffet that is included and the SPA with a large indoor swimming pool. Recommended!

Travelled start of February for ski trip with my boyfriend. The mini bus transport to Borovets ski resort was amazing, it came very regularly and we have no complaints with that- it was amazing. Flora Apartments were very clean overall. The sheets were changed every day, the heating worked perfectly, and both the bathroom and the entire apartment were spotless. We stayed in the Flora daisy for two nights. The room was spacious and clean and was cleaned every day. There's a small kitchen to use and a bathroom with everything you'll need. The service was pleasant and helpful, we even checked in earlier then regular time.

We stayed here as we hiked Peak Musala over the weekend. Great location to do so. The area (like neighborhood) is under construction so it was a bit difficult to find it and even if we were lucky to park the car in a good place, others seemed to struggle finding a proper space to do so.

Appartments are fine. I didn't like the room service... It turns out that if you want good cleaning, you have to tip the cleaner.... I would love to tip the cleaner, after seeing a well done job, but not in advance. If you don't tip the cleaner, you can forget about for example the floor cleaning....

Exactly what we needed - warm, comfy and close to the slopes. Loads of amenities including a lovely heated pool, some we had to pay for like bowling or the hamman but we were happy to do that Breakfast was adequate - my lads would’ve preferred more choice like croissants but dinner wasn’t worth paying for.

I loved it! The location is amazing, the SPA is amazing, the pool too and they got very talanted massagers. If you are looking to go on a ski vacation, this hotel is perfect for this case. It has very good ski storage. The views from all the rooms are amazing. Surely recommending!

Clean and cheap stay in Borovets. The location is about 10 mins walk from the main ***** and the Gondola. Ok for couples and families! In general service was OK but one thing anoyed us very much when paying the final bill. We were charged around 44 euro for 24 nespresso capsules. We assumed they were for free as a service, like in all other hotels we stayed. Very disappointing.

I can only share my opinion about the restaurant as I have not been staying at the hotel itself. The food is amazing. Nice hotel clean rooms you get looked after if your in the bar and the food is generous if not to everyone’s taste but very Bulgarian . Room was nice and warm and I spent the days on the slopes , it’s not too far to walk In snowboard boots but generally I’d use the shuttle which you book your times at the reception . I’d have no problem coming here again if I do another trip

We would rate Bor hotel in Borovets as 10 out of 10. The hotel is super clean and makes you feel super welcome. Everything was exceptional and the food offered as buffet was always varied and plentiful. The staff also went out of their way to be helpful and very friendly.
