We stayed almost a month and we are very pleased .There is a parking lot under. The hotel tried to accommodate our needs as we had a handicapped with us. Even though rooms were not handicapped equipped(except for the restaurant) they were spacious and easy to maneuver. The staff were professional and polite, cleaning was high level too! They even bought us a microwave and a bath accessory for my mom who was impaired. The restaurant at the hotel was very cozy and the Italian cuisine was delicious! Sofia is beautiful and the location was in close proximity to everywhere we needed- 15 min to the airport, 15 min to downtown by car and 15 to the bypass highway . Pretty much we enjoyed our stay there!
