I give 5 stars for this premise as is rated by law as a 1 star outlet and according that catecory it is a 5 star among other 1 star outlets. I have checked in at 23:30pm and my private room with bathroom was waiting for me with attendant even that that late. Be careful there is another outlet with the same name but totally different location so make sure you get the correct address of the place when you attend.
The hotel is what it promises, checking in can be 24 h. The service is good, the staff is friendly, the location is very nice, and most importantly, it is very cheap!
Service was terrible. Rude employees. Bathroom was very dirty. On the very last day after checkout I wanted to drop my backpack for couple hours before my departure but they didn't let me do it because "today is Sunday and there are not any employees". Definitely not recommend this place.
The first impression was not good, but once we saw the bedroom we changed our mind. The place is nice, cozy and clean, 5 minutes away from the historical centre. The woman that checked us in was kind. The beds creak and the view from the two little balconies isn't the best but it's what we expected for the little price we paid. There's a TV and air conditioning and the area is quiet at night.
Good hostel for a couple of nights in the city! Maybe not the most fancy place to stay, but owner is friendly and rooms are fully equipped

The stay was surprisingly good. The location is fantastic. The price - service correlation is on point. The guy who is taking care of the building, Dimitar, is doing a great job. The hostel is close to the heart of the city and yet in a quiet and peaceful area, hidden between the old parts of the city. I recommend it for a quick getaway and if you want to have a tranquil low key place to stay. 5/5
