Not very good in terms of facilities: narrow bed, narrow WC. The personnel at reception was well-coming

As the poster on arrival says - you didn't come all this way to explore the hotel!
The EasyHotel is basic but fulfills all needs - the bed is comfortable, the heating system is HOT (and the window opens).
The shower was small but effective (although struggled to get warm in the morning), and that's about it for conveniences; there some luggage storage under the bed, a pair of coat hangers fixed to the wall and light switches/charging station next to the bed.
The hotel is basic but clean and serviceable and absolutely all you need for the price.

Bath towels and shower gel provided. Mattress is quite hard, room was full of dust , no vacuum done. Room was hot as no ventilation and air conditioning for Winter periods.

The hotel says free hairdryer provided but they only had one for the whole hotel. I asked every day at the reception for the hairdryer and the 4 different people I spoke to at different times said sorry no. Another guest had taken it and not returned it, so the rest of us had to suffer!! None of the staff cared to help any further. They should change the process so they take the room number of the person who takes the hairdryer and clearly let them know there is only 1 in the whole hotel so they must return it after each use. This was terrible especially as it was raining all day for 2 days while I was here. Other than that, the rooms are basic, the bed was quite hard and the shower curtain smelt bad and needs a wash through the machine. The location is fair, just 30 minutes walk to the centre and it's quiet at night.

If you are on a budget, and alone - or with someone you can share a bed, this may be a decent choice.
I recommend the larger size room because the small one is claustrophobic. After staying one night, we decided to pay more to a regular hotel and didn't regret it.

Horrible beds, horrible smell from the shower drain, outside airconditioner unit made as much noise as a washing maschine coins and yes my windows were closed and my airconditioning was off. Although if you have an enemy you can definetely recommend this hotel to him/her.

This is a fantastic place to stay when in Sofia, with a great central location near a market and cosy coffee shops. The hotel offers convenient perks like a lobby bar and free underground parking, and the staff are incredibly friendly and always happy to chat with you about your travels. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with separate bedroom and living room areas.
The only downside I experienced was the noise, as my room faced the boulevard where construction started early every weekday morning. Unfortunately, the windows didn’t block much of the sound. Better insulation could help, but I’d recommend requesting a room facing the backyard if possible.
Overall, though, it’s a wonderful place to stay with excellent service and a prime location.
