Bokked this hotel multiple times, and have never been disappointed, nor have I been particularly impressed.
In general cleanliness is ok, although that time,.some rust in the bathroom snd black marks on the wall near the bed gave some bad taste.

Good hotel , friendly staff. Easy transportation.

Location is ok, receptionist was polite and helpful. Room and sheets were clean, the only problem is the property needs update.

Lovely hotel, we have stayed many times but on this occasion they had no breakfast facilities on as the restaurant was closed.
Although they have a vending machine near reception the coffee wasn't up to much and there wasn't any kettle available to use although they did say they would give us boiled water if we asked.

Room is clean, but quite small. The shower area in bathroom has only partition without a door. There is no toiletries, no kettle and welcome coffee/tea. No refrigerator.
We have our breakfast in the hotel. No halal meat, thus we just have our coffee, bread, and fruit.

The only positive thing is that the hotel room was clean. About the negatives, it qas really cold in the room and we couldn't heat it up no matter what. The food was a catastrophe, everything was cold and tasteless, and disgusting honestly.

I booked the hotel for only one night stay. Early in the morning (5:30) there was no warm water to take a shower before my flight. Really disappointed.

Rooms should be cleaner found a handful of assorted food and dirt on sofa which was vinyl and had appx 20 cm worn out area on arm. Kept awake till 1 am as wedding party downstairs and screaming kids running in corridors on 3 floorbeds ok also had to put the bed covers on the quilts ourselves. On the other hand price was ok though the defects mentioned should not have been there
