The room itself was decent and relatively clean – that's the only positive thing I can say about Marina Grand Hotel. The food, however, was extremely poor in both quality and variety. Tasteless, repetitive, and clearly not prepared with any attention to freshness or guests’ expectations. For a hotel claiming to be high-end, this is simply unacceptable. But the worst part by far was the disgraceful attitude of the pool staff. Arrogant, rude, and completely unprofessional. When I politely asked why they were closing the pool area before the advertised time (6:00 PM), I was met with blatant disrespect, mockery, and even insults. I was sworn at for daring to question their schedule. I have never experienced such unacceptable behavior in any hotel – anywhere. This place does not deserve the stars it claims to have. The management clearly has no control over its staff, and guest experience is treated as an afterthought. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel. You risk ruining your vacation.

More and more stupid. Terrible. He ate like for animals. I'm never coming again! From year to year weaker. The rooms are really big and clean, but they haven't been invested in them for some time. The kitchen is a disaster... don't make plans for food... it's the total canteen with the lowest ingredients...

The experience in the hotel was great. The food was good, the lifeguards cleaned the pool and the pool area every day and they were always helpful , the bartenders were polite and did their job with smile and the animation team did games for kids and night show for adults!

We spent a week here on vacation, and the hotel is large and beautiful. The location is fantastic, with proximity to the beach and cozy shopping streets right outside. We had booked a suite with sea view and expected a luxurious experience, but the room was disappointing. We were given a room on the fourth floor where a large tree blocked the view from the balcony, making it uninviting to sit there. In addition, there were several stains on the floor inside the room, which was very disappointing. The service was also not impressive, as the staff generally were not particularly friendly or accommodating, with the exception of a young boy in the bar who distinguished himself positively. Additionally, there is a beach club outside that plays loud music all day and night. The buffet was okay, there was a selection but not as much as it should have been, considering the number of rooms and the greediness of people when it comes to food. There was no queue system, so you had to fight for your portion. The experience was so disappointing that we would like a refund.

I wasn’t expecting such a good hotel. Not only the personally was polite, the rooms were clean and the food was good, but very responsible. The lifeguards cept the pool clean and the one with the tattoo’s help me and my daughter who got dizzy.

We are often visitors to Golden sands and stayed at many hotels. I think this is the best one we have ever stayed at . Everything about this hotel A1 plus . The staff and management can't do enough to make your stay a perfect one and will go above and beyond what's expected. Martina and Georgi who part of the management will sort any problems you have straight away . Not like other hotels who make you wait. Keep up the good work Marina Grand Beach Hotel. We will be seeing you again soon.

This was my 3rd time staying at this hotel and by far the worst! In the past I have given this hotel 5* reviews now I would only give it a 2* We stayed in room 1123 and when we entered the room was unusually cold it was only when we went to bed we understood why *BED BUGS* I was bitten aleast 70 times and the sadist part is that the hotel must of known about it and still put guests into the room. The bed bugs where at all cycle life stages from small to large so the hotel must have known! I went straight to reception and the cleaning lady was very helpful and kind she got me some cream as I started to have an allergic reaction lucky I also had some antihistamine tablets and she helped us move to a different room. The food was substandard and cold for the first part of the week but by the second half it got better. The outside pool had green algae around the pool side and on the pool floor so poor maintenance. It's so sad to see this hotel go downhill, I know it was the end of the season however if you want to be a 5* hotel you have to keep up standards for the whole time you are open. I will not be visiting here again and was not given an apology for the bed bugs bites.

we really liked our stay at the hotel, the food was very good, the staff were polite, the rooms were not that big but they were clean, the beach was close but the hotel does not have a private beach, you have to pay for it, we liked the animation team a lot Krisi, Marti and Jani were very good, Marti was very good at ping pong, most of the time it rained, but they lifted our spirits and had nice parties.

I really liked the hotel. The location is very nice. It’s close to the beach and to the center part. The food was okay. The rooms get cleaned every day. The staff was very nice, I really liked the animation team. We enjoyed our stay here and we recommend it.

Surprisingly good hotel! The kitchen delivers good food, the entertainment is very entertaining and the rooms are clean. The Team/Staff is a young and full of energy. The beach is close and there are a lot of Clubs as well. Every Kind of music is played here. Recommended!
