The rooms are big and spacious with a beautiful view, but the hotel itself feels old and in need of renovation. The food has plenty of variety, though the quality isn’t the best. We had problems with hot water — someone from maintenance came right away, which I appreciated, but the fix only lasted a day and we were left with lukewarm water for the rest of our stay.

The bartender was one of the highlights: very friendly and hardworking. That said, he was clearly overworked, sometimes leaving us waiting 10 minutes while he took a well-deserved break.

What really spoiled things for us was the reception. It honestly felt like their default answer to everything was “no” or “we don’t have it.” Later we would find out it wasn’t true, but when confronted, they just gave a flat, scripted “sorry” that felt anything but genuine. Because reception is the place you turn to for almost everything, their attitude ended up casting a shadow over the whole vacation.

Another disappointment was that most of the activities advertised on the website weren’t available. The only thing working was the ping pong table, and even that had issues the reception staff weren’t honest about.

Overall, the location and views are great, and there are some good people working hard, but the poor service at reception and the gap between what’s promised and what you actually get can really ruin the experience.

The hotel in general was not modern in any way, the room was really trashy with the ceiling being made from literal cardboard. The food was absolutely awful. It was scattered around the whole canteen and was the same every day - two types of meat and some pasta so nothing authentic. It wasn’t warm either so you were basically eating pure trash. And don’t even get me started with the pool. The pool wasn’t cleaned and the sun beds look like they stood there untouched for centuries. The staff were extremely rude and ungrateful. The only decent thing about this was the location because it was near a Beach and had a lot of restaurants and bars around it. Do not come here, it’s a waste of money and time!

Where to start with this hotel…. One of the worst places we have ever stayed. Upon arrival the hotel looked absolutely gorgeous. Clean lobby, modern feel to it. When we got to the desk to check in, the lady wanted our “voucher”. We said we don’t have a voucher but we have our confirmation email. Which she asked to be emailed to her. So we did and her response was “if it doesn’t work I will need you to return to reception tomorrow to speak with the manager”. We couldn’t understand why they didn’t have our booking details… After this, we walked up to our room. Upon entering we were met with a very worn out old carpet. Two single beds, even though we booked a double room. Wet hairs stuck to the bathroom tiles. Honestly it was a grim room to have to walk into. We had paid extra for a room upgrade and this certainly didn’t feel like an upgrade. We went back to reception to ask if we could have the beds put together or be changed to a different room. The lady said it wasn’t possible as there was no one to put the beds together and she could do a room change when the manager was back the next day. We got fed up and said to forget it as we wanted to unpack and get settled. The next day we got up and went for breakfast. What a joke, food was inedible, dry and so so soooo salty. Every single meal was like this. I don’t know if the food is tasted before it goes out to the guests but my guess is, it isn’t. We couldn’t eat a full meal at all at the hotel because it was so disgusting. After paying for all inclusive, you would expect to be given edible food. Not salty mush. The only nice part about the food was the salad and desserts, which I guess are bought in. Onto the staff. All rude. No hello as you order a drink, no thank you, no asking how you are. Just eye rolling and dirty looks. The guy at the pool seemed as if he wanted to be anywhere else but at this job. We went for a couples massage. Both me and my partner had the same massage except he didn’t seem to have gotten touched up his bottom and under his shorts. The guy who did my massage seemed to focus a lot of my bum, kept putting his hand on it and shaking me side to side. If this is a “massage” why did the other guy massaging my parter not do it to him?? WiFi terrible. Cuts out every 2/3 mins. Leak coming from the bath everytime we showers which went into the bedroom and caused a soggy carpet. Absolutely avoid this hotel at all costs. One plus to this hotel is the view from the balcony. Sleeping with the door open was lush as you could hear the waves.

I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with the lifeguard. While using one of the hotel’s inflatable rings, without realizing it needed special permission, he reacted in a very aggressive manner. Although we were polite, immediately apologized, and returned the item, he verbally insulted us and even acted physically aggressive.

This behavior was shocking and completely unacceptable, especially from a staff member who should ensure the safety and comfort of the guests. A hotel of this level should pay attention to the professionalism and behavior of its employees. Because of this incident, our stay was overshadowed by a very negative experience.

During my stay at the hotel I liked my stay I liked the service of the staff but especially the animation. I talked to Vanessa one of the animators and I had fun playing the games. They are always smiling and give me energy.

Tasteless, repetitive, and clearly not prepared with any attention to freshness or guests’ expectations. For a hotel claiming to be high-end, this is simply unacceptable. But the worst part by far was the disgraceful attitude of the pool staff. Arrogant, rude, and completely unprofessional. When I politely asked why they were closing the pool area before the advertised time (6:00 PM), I was met with blatant disrespect, mockery, and even insults. I was sworn at for daring to question their schedule. I have never experienced such unacceptable behavior in any hotel – anywhere. This place does not deserve the stars it claims to have. The management clearly has no control over its staff, and guest experience is treated as an afterthought. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel. You risk ruining your vacation.

More and more stupid. Terrible. He ate like for animals. I'm never coming again! From year to year weaker. The rooms are really big and clean, but they haven't been invested in them for some time. The kitchen is a disaster... don't make plans for food... it's the total canteen with the lowest ingredients...
