We traveled as a group of 20 people and had a fantastic stay. The rooms were excellent – renovated, spacious, and well-equipped (fridge, kettle, TV, air conditioning). Bathrooms came with a full set of toiletries, which was a nice touch. The facilities make it easy to enjoy your time even on rainy days, thanks to the indoor pool and spa. The food was delicious and, compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at, quite varied.
What really stood out, though, was the staff. They truly deserve the highest praise – extremely helpful, friendly, professional, and fluent in foreign languages. A hotel fully deserving its category. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We are coming here every year and this is our third year at this hotel and we absolutely love it! Our room was always spotless thanks to the hardworking housekeeping team — they are coming absolutely every day to clean the room and changing towels not only when you throw them on the floor.
What made our holiday truly unforgettable was the animation team. They were the heart of the hotel! Every single day they brought so much energy, smiles, and creativity. Morning games by the pool, fun activities for the kids, and amazing evening shows — they managed to keep everyone, young and old, entertained. They had this great balance of being fun and engaging, without ever being pushy. My child especially adored the mini-disco, and we found ourselves looking forward to the shows every night. Thanks to Bobi, Ginkgo, Dari and Marti for the amazing work!
The restaurant also deserves credit — plenty of tasty food with a good variety, and the staff were always attentive. Even small requests were handled quickly by the team.
The beach is close by and they have a shuttle for the people that don't want to walk. I think is shorter when you walk,but the shuttle is very useful for people with small children and people with disabilities.
We stayed mostly on the pools as they have 3 on one side and a 4th one on the other side of the hotel which is called relax pool and it's really quite there. And a 5th one that is covered if the weather is bad.
Overall, it was an incredible experience once again. The animation staff made it feel more like a family holiday than just a hotel stay. We will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to anyone who enjoys both relaxation and fun activities!

It was a lovely stay we had at this place. Varied lunch and dinner, 4 pools to chose from, close proximity to the beach (though you will go up and down some stairs). Beautiful views. We especially enjoyed the animators of the hotel, the girls were so funny and bringing a good mood everywhere. So many thanks to Vicky, Mia and Gabi for all the heart they put into their work!

Awful, awful stay. First of all, in terms of cleanliness, this hotel is a joke. We have been there for a week and not once has the cleaning staff made our bed or change our towels. We had to go to the reception and ask them to do that every single day. I understand not changing towels daily because of ecological reasons (trying to save water etc.), but not once in seven days? Old furniture, dirty floors, dirty walls. Shower hasn't been cleaned, toilet hasn't been cleaned. The whole thing was a mess.
Now when it comes to the food, the only edible thing was probably the chicken, the fries and the watermelon. That is all we could touch while we stayed there. Ended up going out to eat every day, which is not ideal after paying for an All Inclusive hotel. Quality and taste of the food was awful, don't even get me started on variety which was non existent. One of my friends also caught a stomach virus in the first two days.
We probably only came into the hotel to sleep, other than that we chose to go to different beaches and pools and eat at restaurants. That wouldn't have been an issue if we chose a hotel with Accommodation only, but we picked this one especially because of its All Inclusive service.
A huge waste of money and time! Go anywhere else, but here.

Our kids loved it, we partly too, but our Apartment had old furniture, awful smelling bathrooms and not so clean looking stained towels although they must have been washed I assume. Friendly staff, we got all the help needed, basket full of fruit as welcome gift and a good price for 10 days there end of May/beginning of June.

Very comfortable environment.Good rooms,good food and very important,nice people! The 2 boys from Animation Programme,Bobi and Ilko made me and my friends feel better,with multiple activities like music,volleyball,dancing and much more.
