The food as diversification is mediocre, but all my appreciation for the staff which consisted of a few young people who, although they were few compared to the number of customers, worked until they were exhausted and still could be kind and help me promptly and with a smiling face when I had a requirement for them

1) The location is great, next to the beach. 2) The food is varied, without seafood. There was ice cream around 4 pm every day. 3) The cleaning in the rooms leaves much to be desired

Hi, I would like to mention a few things about my stay at this hotel. I bought an all-inclusive stay because I wanted a carefree vacation

When I arrived at the hotel, I noticed that the room that I took was not up to the 4-star standard that this hotel claims to have, apart from the fact that the cleanliness left much to be desired in the most obvious way, for example there was dust, a lot of hair from previous customers including in the bathroom in the bathtub and toilet, the refrigerator in the room did not work and the television...

During the time I stayed there, only after insisting at the reception, I received clean towels and they emptied the trash can in the room, as for cleaning or bed linen, you can't even discuss it, even though it was an eight-day stay

This is all you need to hear to make up your mind with this hotel First this is no 4 star hotel. The rooms were dirty with mold on the walls and the air conditioner was full with mold I got sick because of that

Absolute gem of a hotel and experience - quiet, affordable with incredible park and brand new pool! Approximately 15m by car from Varna and 5 from Golden sands! The staff was super kind and helpful when we needed directions and the food was amazing

This hotel has surprised me in a very good way. Past years i was in all inclusive hotels in Romania, Turkey, Egypt, all of them 5 stars and more expensive than this one

This hotel although not so big as the ones in Egypt for example, offers more quality for the money. Shortly said it is better than all of the above

The hotel is quite close to the beach, yet you have to ask at the reception for a special bracelet with a cip that opens a gate for a shortcut to the beach. ( that means that you can't open it with the bracelet )

The meals are at reasonable hours and also you have quite a lot of time to eat ( breakfast was from 7:30 to 10, lunch 12:30 to 14:30 and dinner 18:30 to 21 )

Double tree is a good hotel with nice and respectful staff which they help and guide you if you have any question. They have their own beach wich free shuttle is available

you can use both swimming pool and also they have indoor pool. Our room had jungle view which was awesome. it was clean and they daily room service

Didn't use any of the spa, as most was extra cost. Did use the gym, and with a bit of imagination it was absolutely fine. ROOM: Was great, it was spacious and the bed was very comfortable

The food was tasty with a lot of variety. Fresh soups at lunch and dinner, one being meat option and one being meat-free/ vegetarian. Meat-free/ vegetarian dishes were available too

From the hotel, it takes only about 2 minutes to reach the promenade and 20 minutes to Golden Beach, which is a livelier and more vibrant area, I enjoyed the contrast a lot

Near by the ***** , for older people it can be a bit loud, beach is about 200 meter , in hotel and also opposite is market, so if you miss anything in buffet or bar you can easily buy

The cleaning lady did during our stay a really great job despite being very busy. Towels and bed sheets were changed frequently. This hotel's location is ideal for those who enjoy relaxation and silence

The worst is the beach doctor. She sits near the office all day, smokes and talks to other employees. When I needed help today, she was having a private conversation. She yelled at me for disturbing her

This year Lotus reopened after 3 years of inactivity. They didn't do any renovations, but they reformatted the food. Now there are three meals a day in a wonderful restaurant with amazing dishes

However - found previous guests' trash still in the room. Restaurant is closed and only serves breakfast, they're out of Coke they said - probably comes back when the season kicks off again

A little bit difficult to find but what a treasure once you get to it. the staff very helpful, the hotel very clean although we could smell a heavy smell of something off once we were in tge corridors to the room

The food is fantastic - fresh, flavorful, and varied. Almost every evening there's a themed dinner (Bulgarian, Italian, Mediterranean, or BBQ), which makes dining a real treat

Location was very good as it is located 10-15min walk across the party street. Since it is an adult hotel it made our experience better as we found it much quieter
