I liked the accommodation, food, and attitude. The sea was clean and warm, about 10-15 minutes walk. The location is away from the noisy embankment restaurants. I had paid for breakfast and dinner

There is a general rudeness in this region i don’t know why but the staff here was very helpful and communicative. For the sake of mindfullness in vacation i believe this is important

All Bulgarians in the hotel industry is not competent. Was in the middle of September. The end of the season was felt. Little people, come rant in the morning, but settled all the same in 14

The room was nice and spacious, had air conditioning. However the area is quite noisy. The staff didn't speak english so there was a problem in communication.

The staff was very friendly and everything was taken care of.

There is a need to take the bus to go to the center, so that up to 9pm at max and no more bus to return to the hotel yet taxi can cost around 15 euro to return from center, other than that if it's not about the center at night and no problem with 1 hour in the bus , then it's great experience for value

The service in the restaurant was also excellent, and all public areas were kept clean at all times. The only criticism I would have is that the food is of average quality

We had a great 14 days-stay here and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our spacious room with a sea view was spotless upon our arrival and provided excellent comfort

- very good location among cypress trees, conifers and other trees - 5 mins walking to the huge and clear Kabakum beach - spacious, comfortable and quiet rooms with all amenities and a large balcony - exceptionally friendly and hospitable staff - good breakfasts and restaurant a la cart menu - a lot of additional facilities like a pool, bar, billiard, ping pong etc

The cleaning lady did during our stay a really great job despite being very busy. Towels and bed sheets were changed frequently. This hotel's location is ideal for those who enjoy relaxation and silence

Very very very good hotel in the area of Golden Sands. The location is close to the sea You can get to at least 3 beaches from there. Hotel rooms are freshly decorated and have good new furniture

We stay with my family for 4 days at the hotel, personnel was kind and polite, the location is great, food was tasty, always with something interesting for the kids

Not only was I allowed to store my luggage, I was even offered to keep my room until the evening (but as I wanted to explore the area a bit more, I declined the offer). Rarely have I experienced such a friendly reception

Its excellent option for a family with kids, the pool isn't deep which is great for kids safe (pool is huge and very clean). There is a lots of trees and brushes that make the landscape very pleasant and refreshing

I was forced to change my hotel and despite the fact that check-in was only 3 hours later, I was allowed to go straight to my room as soon as it was ready. I was even given a drink during the short wait

Location of the hotel is on a hill, so you have to make some sport to get up to it. If you stay less than 2 days is OK, otherwise i not recommend it

5 stars hotel located in gilder sands outdid Varna. Good if you have a car or take taxi. Main attractions are the ****** if you like it and good breakfast and dinner

The beach in this season is deserted and everything is closed. They have nice indoor swimming pool and a gym. Air on go only as low as 24 degrees. I was upgraded to vip floor with a nice room

Overall, everything is fine, it's just the age of the hotel and it's time to do some renovations.

It has a spa and massage centre. The room was big and modern and nicely furnished. The Tv is small and obsolete with no casting options, so you can't stream from your phone. Overall, cleanliness is everywhere

In overall nice hotel, but had unpleasunt expirience with reception that quite ruined overall impression - asked about option for late checkout, was told it is possible, went to exchance to local currency to pay for late checkout, when returned to pay was told it is impossible when guy at reception blamed me in a lie about previous late checkout approval and didn't appologize for it even after confirming...

Wonderful hotel, lot of Charme and history. Amazing location, right on the beach. Beautiful breakfast location with view of the sea. The rooms were a bit too small to put away all our luggage, suitcase, tennis bag etc

The chef in the kitchen is a magician. Bulgarian cuisine is a work of art. Lamb, pork ribs, eggplant, sweet peppers and on and on. Good coffee in the coffee machine for lunch. Well done friends! From 🇺🇦with love.

We have started at another hotel but were lucky that we have found rooms here at Oasis. Clean rooms, kind personnel, nice pool and access to La Terrace made our stay a great experience

The hotel is well maintained, the room (for three people) is spacious and very clean! The same applies to the bathroom ( which is important! ) Every time you enter the room, you can feel a wonderful aroma from the bed linen ( this does not happen in all hotels! ) I highly recommend!

Great stay with Piter Family Hotel! I really liked the fact that the hotel is on the beach and you could be set up(free chair and umbrella) in couple of minutes! Great staff and free parking as well! I would recommend this location to everyone who wants to go there as well!

Piter is a small and charming hotel. Everything in the room was extremely clean and well maintained. It is a pet friendly place as well – we were visiting the hotel with our dog and had no problems whatsoever.
