Absolute gem of a hotel and experience - quiet, affordable with incredible park and brand new pool! Approximately 15m by car from Varna and 5 from Golden sands! The staff was super kind and helpful when we needed directions and the food was amazing

One of the best hotels i have ever stayed. I stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks. Very friendly staff, and delicious breakfasts. Highly recommended. I will be back in near future.

This hotel has surprised me in a very good way. Past years i was in all inclusive hotels in Romania, Turkey, Egypt, all of them 5 stars and more expensive than this one

My favourite thing is that it is only 3 minutes from the room to being in the sea and the food is very good. There is a lot of staff to cater to your needs

This hotel although not so big as the ones in Egypt for example, offers more quality for the money. Shortly said it is better than all of the above

in conclusion, the pool has dirt in it (I do not recommend the pool) and secondly the cards for entering the room have stopped working, I went to the reception 3 times a day because the card was no longer working

They have nice view to the outside pool but furniture are cheap and the food of all inclusive was not so great but it's okay maybe for the season and that price. The staff is very nice and helpful 👍

Staff both at reception, bar and restaurant are very helpful and rooms are big, with smart tvs, great sea view and good size pool

Overall a very good hotel, with great service. All staff (including cleaning/bartending/reception) were very attentive to the guests and especially to the children. Rooms are large and clean, but furniture is pretty old

We really liked the hotel. The rooms were clean and regularly cleaned, and the towels were changed frequently. The staff was kind and helpful. The kids liked the animators the most. The food was delicious and plentiful.

The hotel is 20 years old, renovated 7 years ago. Walls from room it looks like they're old, but VERY CEALN, beds, toilets everything. Personal and the food are amazing, shows with dancing and singing every evening

The bad thing about the the non-alcoholic drinks is that you can actually see, as you pour them that they're mixed with a high amount of water and the alcoholic drinks are not that high quality

( since it's a Swedish buffet) For drinks at the table you have beer, red wine, white wine and rose for drinks with alcohol, but ( I think ) the usual set up for the children's drinks

There is also a bar that is open from 7 to 23. The cocktails there can be good, but it depends on who is behind the counter to serve you

Also, the quality of the sodas is terrible, so I wouldn't recommend cocktails with soda, since they have a good variation of alcohol

( water, orange, grapefruit, pineapple, apple juices and, ofcourse coke, sprite, fanta, schweppes )

Also, there is a quite good variation for food, they change quite a lot of things from day to day

Limited choice of 5 cocktails, nothing fancy but good enough. AMENITIES: 3 swimming pools (2 outside, 1 inside), can usually find a spot to sit despite the usual towel on the sunbed tricks

you can use both swimming pool and also they have indoor pool. Our room had jungle view which was awesome. it was clean and they daily room service

LOCAL AREA: A nice place to take a family, plenty to do and see and the beach was beautiful, although you do have to pay for sunbeds and umbrellas on all the beach's

Double tree is a good hotel with nice and respectful staff which they help and guide you if you have any question. They have their own beach wich free shuttle is available

Wonderful place - large, clean and confortable room, wonderful salty water swimming pool, nice terrace, fresh and tasty food, great staff. The sandy beach was 10 min by walking. Great vacation! We will come back!

Was here with as a mother and mature daughter taking a 1 week all inclusive vacation in Varna in September. The hotel was well known by the taxi driver and we were dropped off right at the exit

The rooms were clean and of good size, with an en-suite and a nice sized balcony with outdoor seating furniture. There was also a clothes rack on the balcony. The air con and Tv worked fine in the room

The food was tasty with a lot of variety. Fresh soups at lunch and dinner, one being meat option and one being meat-free/ vegetarian. Meat-free/ vegetarian dishes were available too

Good selection of salads and vegetables. At the time, Milanka was working at the restaurant ensuring everything is clean, well stocked up, and tasty. Milanka and the team did a great job during our stay

However the construction of the property and placement of the pool is such that there is sun shining at the pool area until about 1pm. After this time, the sun is behind the building covering the pool and the pool area

I recently stayed at hotel Ambassador for just one night, and it exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and professional

The stay here was very pleasant. Pluses: - The stuff was very responsive and served us quick. They made sure that everything was clean. - During every meal serving, the stuff made sure to clean the finished plates

Rest this (2017) summer in a double room. Can't say anything negative about this hotel. Despite the fact that we arrived at 9 am, we were immediately given a room on the fifth floor with views of the mountain

We were worried at first when we saw other reviews but it wasn't as horrible as they say. It's really nothing luxurious but considering the price it's really ok

The room was very good with ac,but bathroom is so out of date, os not any cabin shower all the water need to go in a big hole which have a small pipe and all bathroom get flooded until you finish the shower need a recondition, some time push with the feet on hole because the water just dont go

I really like the green park and old trees near this hotel. Also the private beach is nice!

The worst is the beach doctor. She sits near the office all day, smokes and talks to other employees. When I needed help today, she was having a private conversation. She yelled at me for disturbing her

Also free drinks and alcohol all day long. The receptionist is amazing Ivayla. I think she is one of the best employees I have ever met here. She is skillfuled in communications, polite and hospitable

This year Lotus reopened after 3 years of inactivity. They didn't do any renovations, but they reformatted the food. Now there are three meals a day in a wonderful restaurant with amazing dishes

Left a complaint at the reception. In my opinion, some of the rooms need to be repainted, but I am happy with the rest

However - found previous guests' trash still in the room. Restaurant is closed and only serves breakfast, they're out of Coke they said - probably comes back when the season kicks off again

Very stylish hotel, where we have seen sun rise and moon rise from the sea, great pool.

The room was very clean and tidy but we were not happy without a kettle to be able to make a hot drink when we needed it amd the fact that the dining room or rather chilling out area was close around 10pm didnt help at all

A little bit difficult to find but what a treasure once you get to it. the staff very helpful, the hotel very clean although we could smell a heavy smell of something off once we were in tge corridors to the room

The sound of the waves give such an exotic vibe in the room. If they would have more stuff that makes your stay nicer like conditioner moisturiser some forks and spoons would be amazing

Breakfast was ok but it could be a bit better 😁 They used to have minibar but not anymore for some reason, so I just bought myself drinks and store them in the mini fridge
