We are coming here every year and this is our third year at this hotel and we absolutely love it! Our room was always spotless thanks to the hardworking housekeeping team — they are coming absolutely every day to clean the room and changing towels not only when you throw them on the floor

Morning games by the pool, fun activities for the kids, and amazing evening shows — they managed to keep everyone, young and old, entertained

They had this great balance of being fun and engaging, without ever being pushy. My child especially adored the mini-disco, and we found ourselves looking forward to the shows every night

Thanks to Bobi, Ginkgo, Dari and Marti for the amazing work! The restaurant also deserves credit — plenty of tasty food with a good variety, and the staff were always attentive

What made our holiday truly unforgettable was the animation team. They were the heart of the hotel! Every single day they brought so much energy, smiles, and creativity

😊 The food on the bufet was cold and no taste. The chef made a bad comment saying that romanians eating to much. of course if the food is not good you need to try something else. On the end was a bad EXPERIENCE

Overall the hotel is acceptable, because most of the tourists here – the recipients of vouchers from Norilsk Nickel, as you know, gift horse in the teeth do not look

I didn't like the fact it's on all-inclusive hotel but we didn't get anything all-inclusive nothing for the Shower Empty Fridge we have to ask for Tissue , broken bed head board broken Shower we check in on the 6th and the room didn't till the Wednesday the room only Clean when we check out

This hotel needs a lot of improvment especially in cleaning and food. Bathroom with mold room 506 worn towels , a/c not working dust everywere. The good thing was that the linen was white

The pool and the atmosphere of the pool is also great for kids and families. I believe this hotel could be better managed to get up there to 4 stars. You can tell the lack of staff in some points of your stay

There are also free activities like billiards, PlayStation, and table tennis, which make the recreational side of this hotel truly excellent. • The meal and snack times are well-organized and generous

Mariana went above and beyond to make sure our stay would be perfect. She was so kind, patient, and truly cared about our experience. It’s rare to find such a high level of hospitality nowadays

We loved our stay at the Bonita fab room with a great view. Only little down side was the WiFi in the room was a little weak. Still booking for next year.

The rooms are spacious enough, all have a side view of the sea, and this is a plus. The pool is small, but suitable for children. The food is not very diverse, but sufficient

I went to the Bonita hotel in August with my family and some friends

Loud music, from a nearby venue was heard in our room, booming out until midnight. None of this the fault of the hotel. Situated a short walk to the beach the location was spot on

I stayed at Viva Club for 9 days. The food was very good, diversified. They have the main restaurant,snack bar and also they have food and drinks at the private beach. The animators are very nice and friendly

We went off season so it was quiet. Rooms cleaned regularly, reasonable all inclusive drinks. Food edible but always lukewarm and fairly bland. Pork, chicken and fish every meal with good choice of salads

There are hair dryers in the bathrooms and the rooms and bathrooms are cleaned daily. There's also a small fridge in the rooms

The pool area is an absolute sun trap. Even when windy there's barely a breeze and most of the many sunbeds are in the sun all day. There's also a shaded seating area

I visited this hotel for an all-inclusive vacation. When we've arrived in the hotel our rooms weren't ready, but we could use the hotels amenities right away. We got the key cards to our rooms pretty quickly

I didn't mind these noises at all, if anything they even helped me sleep haha. The hotel also has two pools - 1 outdoor and 1 indoor

Some people said that they couldn't sleep because they heard parties at night - and yes, you can definitely hear them if you sleep with an open window, but if you close the balcony door you don't hear a thing

The rooms were clean - the staff cleaned them daily, didn't feel dated and were adequate size. Maybe I'd prefer a shower over a bathtub but it's a very minor thing. AC worked without any problems

The housekeeping was done every three days, which was perfectly fine for us. The hotel pool was great, and we always managed to find a free sunbed, even in the afternoon

The dinner that the staff at Umani organised for our guests was exactly what we wanted- Authentic bulgarian dishes, that even our bulgarian guests said it felt like home

However, the number of sunbeds is limited, and people “reserve” them as early as 7 AM (some even during the night) by placing their towels on them — something that didn’t seem quite fair to us

Some guests would leave their towels on a sunbed and then go to the beach for hours, just to make sure they’d have a spot by the pool when they returned

The toilet itself was very unstable and squeaked from every angle, and the hairdryer was just as small and old, with almost no drying power. 📍The balcony was okay, but there was no drying rack for towels

Personally, I think there should have been an extra towel or bath mat to step on when coming out of the bathroom, which was always wet after even a short shower

The outside and indoors pools were really nice and clean as well, although the water was a bit cold at first, but still enjoyable

The poolside bar was really clean, and whenever there was a crowd there, the manager/owner would help out so everyone got what they wanted in due time

The all-inclusive food options were a bit limited, there were about 12 types each time they served food, including salads, meats, pasta, vegan food, french fries, soups, sometimes they would serve special dishes as well

The rooms are a bit small, there's not a lot of space for your belongings, but if you plan on spending most of your time on the seaside or touring the city, then it won't bother you, like it didn't bother us

They wanted to change the towels only at the end of the stay. In principle, for unpretentious guests everything was satisfactory

Must to visit one of the oldest places in Bulgaria!

The rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed, and shampoo and soap are replenished. The bathroom is clean, with white grout, pleasant and fresh. The entire facility is well-maintained and cleaned daily

The terraces are cleaned regularly, the tables are cleaned regularly, the pools are clean, and the lifeguard and security are on hand. All hotel staff are polite, courteous, and friendly

I especially thank the restaurant staff, who put a lot of heart into their work. The food was plentiful, and everyone found something to their liking. Delicious cakes and cookies, fruit, salads, cheeses, and olives

Near by the ***** , for older people it can be a bit loud, beach is about 200 meter , in hotel and also opposite is market, so if you miss anything in buffet or bar you can easily buy

For the price I got it from TUI. cz : one week all inclusive for about 400 € very reasonable
