We had three nights here and couldn't have asked for a nicer hotel. Staff are always lovely and will do anything to help you. We had a wonderful stay. We had to change the first room that we got as it was too loud. The second room we got facing the pool on the 3rd floor was amazing. Exceptional service and food choices. Absolutely delightful hospitality and interior design. Elevator operation is thoughtful and offers unqiue privacy. Dining quality is only matched by the brilliant city view at that elevation only to be found in Rosewood. For international traveller, it's value for money if we allow ourselvs to splurge a little.

Great atmosphere and wonderfull staff but there was a strange man wondering around the lobby in his boxers looking at his phone with what appeared to be a 12 year old boy.
