The hotel was about 15 minutes from Siem Reap centre. The hotel had tuk tuks for hire so travelling into Siem Reap was not an issue. The location meant it was very peaceful.  The shower pressure was low, hence the score of 4.  The staff were welcoming and very accommodating. It's a small hotel; the room is also tiny but very clean. The service was excellent from the moment I called before check-in and asked them to combine our two bookings so we don't have to change rooms. The breakfast was average. The location is very good; there is a very nice local restaurant just next to the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Although it wasn't in the Khmer style, it was incredibly clean and felt more like a business hotel, which was perfect. For Japanese people, cleanliness is paramount. I had an inner room so I couldn't see outside, but it was quiet, and I wasn't bothered by the sound of heavy rain. This is a pretty standard express hotel for the Siem Reap city area. The front desk service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious too.

Everything was fine except a bit hard to understand and explain… misunderstanding for a change of room coz my friend was sick cost me an arm and a leg which was not expected.  Trip.com is also a bit vague in description of rooms location room descriptions etc. Trip.com should specify what buyer to expect as it’s all “first Timers and foreign” for me.

Best Hotel, Ever!!!!! We spent 8 nights at Templation Hotel, and the entire stay was just magical. We had a lovely stay in one of the Jungaloo's! The small private pool was very nice, as was the bed and pillows (so soft!). The gentle sounds of nature and monks was audible through the walls but was quite pleasant to hear. The food was amazing! Room service impeccable, though a little bit confusing what to do with the food when you're done. They brought us small treats every evening for New Year....

All staffs are excellent service mind. I’ve been here my business trip in Phnom Penh. Location is perfect. Hotel is absolutely clean. Only a thing for this trip is a breakfast time that no any staff to mind the manners on a group of Lady talk so loud and noisy without ***** manner.

Clean rooms, AC, western showers, walking distance to many many restaurants, laundry and more. Angkor market is a 5 minute walk. They have everything a westerner could ask for. The english speaking staff is super professional. Kindness is a way if business for them. I have stayed here on three consecutive trips in the last 18 months. I will also house my family and friends as well. No better recommendation...

I highly recommend staying here. The staff are exceptional at the front desk, the hotel is incredibly beautiful, the restaurant is great, and I had a lovely stay. The hotel is well cleaned and decorated very nicely. I wish I had spent more time there!

Service is amazing however the rooms, particularly the bathrooms are needing some updating. Every time you use the shower it floods the whole bathroom and the water isn't directed to the plug hole on the floor so it just sits there.

It's not big hotel, but it's very comfortable. Rooms are very clean, with nice stuff. Air condition in the rooms works very good. If you need quite large room, comfort, and silence you will find it in this hotel. Another thing is hotel service. People who work there, are very, very nice. They are very helpful and hospitable!! The room not really cool and not clean

Found a hair on my bed but otherwise room was acceptable. Interior of the room felt a bit weird with washed walls and scrapes to the rattan room door. Door is hollow so you can hear other hotel guests running, talking and slamming doors very clearly. Gym was barebones but usable, pool was quite small. Hotel concierge was friendly and I was offered a lemon drink when I arrived.

I had a great stay here. Rooms qere clean and maintained daily. 7th floor pool, spa and their lobby was clean and very well kept. The staff were all very nice and always ready to help if needed. I booked a Deluxe Double City View room from Agoda, but the actual room was quite different from the photos. Very well located and super organized 5-stars hotel. We spent two nights here to combine with a visit at Angkor Wat and we enjoyed a lot. Deluxe room very well sized, bed super comfortable, nice amenities such as a yoga mat, and a big bath room. All super clean. The service is super nice and friendly. WoW! What a hidden gem - the Saem Siemreap hotel is close to everything. From well laid out rooms with everything you need, to buffet breakfast, a super clean pool and incredibly friendly staff that cannot do enough, especially Miss Sochin who leads the team. I'm guessing the amenities have changed since COVID (as admitted by staff) - meaning some were reduced and have not been reinstated. I had relied on reviews from others, which mentioned amenities that are not current. A good hotel, exactly as advertised. Large pool, and we dined at the hotel restaurant two evenings; prices were about the same as on the main Pub Street. We read the reviews and did the same: we asked for a tuk-tuk ride around the Angkor Wat Circle for $25. Rooms were nicely decorated and cleaned/ made every day! The lobby on the forth floor did not have any air circulation and was hot. There was no separate help desk on the privilege floor. They mentioned 20% additional discount on the current spa treatments but refused to add that/ honor that for the treatments that already had some seasonal discounts for anyone. The breakfast had very limited options...

The rooms and the hotel as a whole are very stylish, featuring lots of wooden furniture and Cambodian-inspired decor; highly recommended. The only downside is its location a bit far from the center of the city, making dining and shopping less convenient.

The setting, room, food and service were all outstanding. Chef Kim is an inventive chef who uses the local ingredients in delicious ways. The pool was a relief from the hot sun and the staff could it have been nicer or more attentive.

Absolutely loved staying here while exploring temples in Siem Reap! The staff is amazing, rooms are comfortable and clean, and we loved the food and cocktails, especially the breakfast! We got to try aerial yoga here (first time for us) and that was so memorable. The grounds are stunning too. Everything about this stay was perfect and I’d absolutely go back when visiting Cambodia.

The property is fab. The staff are brilliant - so helpful. The tuk-tuk arrangements are great. We used Mr Same (Saim?) and he was excellent. Food was also awesome. The hotel is rustic and elegant, with rooms exuding a natural fragrance that promotes restful sleep. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the sounds of frogs croaking in the rice paddies add to the relaxing atmosphere. The front desk service is attentive; upon departure, they even gave us beautifully packaged, locally grown rice. A truly unforgettable vacation experience.

Very interesting and special resort. The villas are beautiful and most have private plunge pools. In the hot, steamy Cambodian weather, you will appreciate the cool waters! The staff and food ( 2 restaurants) are first rate. The Spa is also fantastic. If you are visiting Anker Wat, this is a great place.

Hotel KVL is a solid city base in Phnom Penh with a good location and views over the Mekong River. It’s close to the main bar area and a weekend street market, but that also means the road in front is closed from around 4:30 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays, so it’s worth checking how that might affect your arrival or departure. I recently stayed at Hotel KVL and found so much to like. The design is excellent, the staff is professional, and the overall atmosphere is great. It clearly has the potential to be one of the best spots in the city. It’s a beautiful property with so much potential, but until it adds more for guests to do on-site, it feels more like a boutique sleep-spot than a complete hotel experience.

My family enjoyed the location, amenities and comfort of KVL Hotel. A truly relaxing, home-away-from-home experience. It is located on the best spot to many walking distance tourist attractions and activities such as the Royal Palace, National Museum and Night Market as well as the Chaktomuk Walk Street weekend events. Cheap, staff are nice and helpful, room are very large and have nice view, swimming pool also large and so blue. Feel more relaxing. except I must minus one star because the breakfast buffet are not much, second, I don't know that my phone not working or there is no wifi here. Even the main hall wifi still not working.

I stayed at this place for two nights during a bus tour of Cambodia. I was really glad to get to my room after 13 hours of travel from Ho Chi Minh City and not showering properly for a week. Room cleaned but has smell, location best

The service in this hotel, the receptionists, the doormen even the car parking attendant was the best I have ever received. Everybody was amazing. Some little things, the noise in the room (air conditioning is ridiculously loud and some other weird sounds) was a bit of a pain. Also the breakfast could have had more protein options. Apart from that everything was great.
