Excellent hotel, good breakfasts, a pool is available, and the rooms are top-notch.

Service was excellent. Staff were very friendly & helpful. They went out of their way in spite of language barrier to make my stay very comfortable.

The most important thing I'd like to highlight is the wonderful, responsive staff. They helped us book a transfer to Angkor Wat right at the hotel. They picked us up on time and took us to pick up tickets before the tour, so we didn't have to worry about anything. Underestimated hotel. We really liked this place! The pool area is super and the garden well kept and nice! The rooms is a bit outdated and could need a makeover but the foajé and the nice breakfast and the pool area including garden is very good!

The location of this hotel is very nice it not far away from pub street and many more place like supermarket, museum and park. But it is a bit old hotel in town. Anyway it's good place to stay 👌🏻

Great atmosphere and wonderfull staff but there was a strange man wondering around the lobby in his boxers looking at his phone with what appeared to be a 12 year old boy. When they met he screamed "hello bebe" in a funny accent, complimented the child on his pj's and then they dissapeared in to the lift. Still not sure what to think of it ... Very wierd

The resort is ideal for families, it's very convenient because it has a private beach, pools, and it’s peaceful in the evenings. The café and restaurant are located right by the beach. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, they welcomed us at the port and arranged boat transportation. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone coming to Koh Rong!

I booked three additional rooms at the hotel, but instead of the three twin rooms I originally reserved, they assigned me double rooms. I complained the next day and changed them to twin rooms.

Usually it is a good hotel, but this time they did not respect my requests, I had asked as usual for the upper floor (they gave me on the 1st floor with unpleasant smell, shower cabin really small lack of space (Room 126) check please, Television was not working that I reported, but nothing was done. Nice amenities, beautiful hotel with tons of wood work. Rooms don’t have iron but have all other appliances, very clean, firm king bed, pool facing, good size balcony but cannot keep the balcony door open otherwise room get filled with mosquitoes. Spa services are there but very expensive compared to outside. Tons of spas and shopping places right outside the hotel.

Beautiful well maintained hotel is signature Park Hyatt. Very attentive staff. I stayed a week. And would go back to stay again. Only caveat is that walls are quite thin so you will hear next door neighbor sneezing and talking. And avoid the high tourist season. But the service and facilities are top notch.

This is paradise on earth. It's quiet, there are no crowds, and the beach feels like it's all yours. The restaurant serves delicious food, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean and beautiful. You can rent boats and SUPs for free. We also rented a motorbike for $10.

This was our second time in the Secret Garden hotel and we enjoyed every second of our stay. Everything was as great as before and the food was even better. The hotel is located centrally and the front guest upgraded my room for this stay. The room is spacious, with full equip of amenities, bed is comfy and sofe bed is nice. Breakfast is decent in term of taste and spread. The only improvement will be the gym and laundry facilities.

Convenient location right next to the Central Market. Bus stop at the entrance of the hotel. Breakfast was satisfactory but could use some fresh juice options. The midnight snack noodles was a really nice touch with Khmer and Chinese options. With free washing machines available, it makes the hotel a solid choice for a Phnom Penh visit.

Classy hotel is a great space to stay in Battambang. I came here for a one night stay and I could do so much in just one night. There’s a big swimming pool, gym, massage and the breakfast buffet was amazing. The room was spacious and the room was like staying in the 90s. I really recommend this hotel if you’re going to Battambang.

What a hidden gem. An absolutely amazing hotel with coffee shop, restaurant, pool and bar, roof top dining and a viewing deck even higher all with bar service. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The whole city is very quiet. This hotel is right by the river, and its swimming pool is also very good. It is a good choice for business trips or family trips.

It's our 4th or 5th time staying here, and it is the best! They made our trip more memorable by providing a clean and highly professional environment for the guest. I love how the swimming pool is big and deep enough for a good swim, and not to mention there are 2 of them. The gym gives the best view, covering the vast expansion of the sea.

Good location facing the ocean. But prepare to hear the noises through the night because its very close to the busy road and the door and windows does not do a good job of sealing off the noise. Breakfast quality is average.

Pretty good service with warming hosting.

Excellent host, very friendly and willing to help. Room was clean, shower had a good pressure, and there was a cleaning service every day. On top of that there were complementary bottles of water every day and we could even use bikes for free.

I suspect the rating for this place might be inflated. It's on par with, or even slightly worse than, a typical budget hotel in China, which honestly surprised me quite a bit.
