I did not stay at Tara Angkor Hotel. But, I have used their pool many times - you can purchase a pass, of sorts, to use a pool for the day. Swimming at the Tara Angkor Hotel is always a delight! Even though I only stayed for one night, I could still feel the thoughtful and warm service. The hotel is not far from Pub Street and Angkor Wat, making its location very convenient. It offers great value for money and I highly recommend it overall.

At first the place is incredible the staff are nice the lobby is clean checking in was great but when I came to my room 338 there is a air conditioner problem after 1 hour the room was not even cold but when we ask the staff to check it out and I went out for dinner after that the air conditioner is kinda fix but the rest of my stay in this hotel is great.

The room’s space was comfortable. The toilet was clean. Everything was fine except the wifi. It was hard to connect from 3rd floor and the speed was too slow that I couldn’t even surfing facebook.

A very good hotel for a competitive price. Vannchay and all the staff are incredibly gentle, helpful, and professional. Because I had to leave the city late in the evening, they even allowed me to return back for a shower and take some rest after I'd already checked out. What a great service!

This is one of the best services I've ever got from hotel's staff. All of them were excepcional, helpful and polite. The hotel is huge and clean in all its areas, the breakfast buffet and food menu very tasty, no expensive at all. I booked three additional rooms at the hotel, but instead of the three twin rooms I originally reserved, they assigned me double rooms. I complained the next day and changed them to twin rooms.

Usually it is a good hotel, but this time they did not respect my requests, I had asked as usual for the upper floor (they gave me on the 1st floor with unpleasant smell, shower cabin really small lack of space (Room 126) check please, Television was not working that I reported, but nothing was done. Weird behavior

Nice amenities, beautiful hotel with tons of wood work. Rooms don’t have iron but have all other appliances, very clean, firm king bed, pool facing, good size balcony but cannot keep the balcony door open otherwise room get filled with mosquitoes. Spa services are there but very expensive compared to outside. Tons of spas and shopping places right outside the hotel.

Great hotel with very attentive staff and close to the main streets of Siem Reap. They also prepared a picnic for us when we got up early to visit Angkor Wat.

The experience was great. The hotel has a sense of age, and the furniture and decoration are relatively textured. The service is of course impeccable. After all, they charge a high service fee. The breakfast and other meals are all in line with my aesthetic taste. I love it very much.

Beautiful well maintained hotel is signature Park Hyatt. Very attentive staff. I stayed a week. And would go back to stay again. Only caveat is that walls are quite thin so you will hear next door neighbor sneezing and talking. And avoid the high tourist season. But the service and facilities are top notch.

The hotel itself is quite nice, clean, with new rooms and cozy, but all rooms have a musty smell that doesn't air out. The staff tries to mask it with air fresheners, but it doesn't help. The rooms have balconies, which is a plus! Aside from a few front desk staff, most personnel don't speak English. It's our 4th or 5th time staying here, and it is the best! They made our trip more memorable by providing a clean and highly professional environment for the guest. I love how the swimming pool is big and deep enough for a good swim, and not to mention there are 2 of them. The gym gives the best view, covering the vast expansion of the sea.

Pretty good service with warming hosting.

Excellent host, very friendly and willing to help. Room was clean, shower had a good pressure, and there was a cleaning service every day. On top of that there were complementary bottles of water every day and we could even use bikes for free.

I've always lived here, and the price dropped this time, I don't know why. It's in the central area, so I recommend it. Restaurants, delivery services, banks, and taxis are all easily accessible nearby. The only downside is that the bathrooms tend to leak everywhere.

We had requested a baby cot during our booking, so we were surprised to learn at check-in that the hotel does not provide them. As we did not receive any prior communication about this, we were unable to make alternative arrangements in advance.
