Staff is nice and friendly. When we asked some service, such as more water, the response was quite fast. Breakfast is not buffet style. Chose from menu.
Compared to the exterior and the front desk, the room was clean. The bustling downtown area was within walking distance, and there were many travel agencies and restaurants around the hotel, which was great. The staff were kind.
Great stay. Only thing i didnt like is that they made me pay for water when it was understood it was fre
The staff were all very kind and took great care of me during my stay. I am truly grateful. The hotel is conveniently located for getting around, but it was difficult to sleep because of the noise outside that continued until the early hours of the morning. It's a good hotel for those who prioritize location, but it may not be suitable for those who want quiet. Also, the breakfast, which I was looking...
Great stay in Siem Reap! Their staff were friendly all the time even on calls at night to enquire anything. Location was great, walking distance to pub street and many restaurants. Room was spacious and clea. Breakfast is nice and they even packed for us when we were rushing to airport at 6am.
No complaints, amazing service all around, in particular Chang and driver Shinoun.

Price to service is acceptable.
Visiting New Riverside Hotel Siem Reap felt like uncovering a hidden gem—a refined urban garden retreat where contemporary Khmer design meets heartfelt hospitality. Tucked into the historic district yet just a short drive from Pub Street, the Old Market, and the Royal Residence, it balanced convenience with serenity.
A stunning hotel in Siem Reap with warm hospitality and a beautifully designed space. The perfect blend of comfort and charm, making every stay unforgettable!
Great value hotel, but little bit far from central market area, like 30min walk or 10min by Tuktuk or Car. Spacious rooms, have breakfast facilities, swimming pool, Spa & Massage center (expensive), 24h reception, free parking space.
Stayed here to attend a conference. Certainly one of the best hotels I have stayed in, in Asia. It is not plush 5 star but just a genuinely beautiful hotel. I had a large comfortable twin room with everything I needed. The hotel manager and all her staff were first class and could not have been more helpful and attentive. The hotel is in a quiet secluded area away from the bustle of central Siem Reap...
I bring school groups to Cambodia multiple times each year. For the last 7 years we have stayed at NRH - and with good reason. What matters to us is the safety, comfort and "feel" of the place - which is largely dictated by how keen the staff are to interact positively with our students, and how quickly they respond to needs or requests. Mrs Sotheara always goes out of her way to help us in any way...

It’s good location and easy to run exercise along the seaside and affordable price for the beginning of the week. I stayed in the family room connecting rooms. For breakfast we are provided by choosing menus to order and buffet.
Great services, always keep the guest at ease and gave us the best experiences. They provided delicious breakfast and good facilities 🫶
It’s my fourth times here. I really appreciate the fast check-in/out service. Rooms are clean. The hotel has big and safe parking spaces. Oh Breakfast is also nice 👍🏻. Thanks OBH team for your well prepared services.
Good hotel, close to the beach, and the breakfasts are decent!
We stopped over before heading to Koh Rong, so we only stayed one night. The staff is lovely. The room is very big. The bathroom is also big. Great soaking tub. Everything was clean, but the sealant around the glass shower and toilet is overdue for a replacement. This is close to the beach so I'm sure the upkeep is daunting due to the humidity. Toiletries included shaving kit, toothbrushes, q-tips...
This hotel offers excellent value for the money. The rooms are spotless, and the views are a definite highlight. While the breakfast selection is a bit limited, the quality is perfectly acceptable for the price point.

Great hotel, I spent 1 week here, big rooms, nice balcony, very friendly staff, nice restaurant and pool, quiet location only 7min tuk tuk ride from downtown pub street. I really enjoyed my stay here and will come back again. Thank you
My friend was shouted by a random guest while we were waiting for Check in. There isn’t astray by the pool or didn’t receive any information if be able to smoke by the pool or not then an old lady coming shout at us to go get astray and she even call us little jerk. I did informed to the staff about that. Anyway the location a bit far and first we didn’t get the room that we book. I mean like it’s...
I stayed here in August 2025 with my wife and our child (under 3 years old). I booked through Agoda for $27.90 including tax, which I think is a great price considering it also included breakfast. Overall, everything was good. My only small concern is with the water, they provide refillable bottles. Personally, I would prefer single-use sealed bottles for hygiene reasons.
A beautiful and spacious room with wonderful staff. I would love to go back and swim in their wonderful pool. We also had a delicious breakfast. In the afternoon, they have a great happy hour with an excellent bartender.
A quiet place outside the center. Rooms are comfortable and cosy if you’re lucky to get one where everything works. Staff are lovely. The owners allow overbooking as other reviews mention which almost happened to me, at 11 pm, you can imagine… after expressing frustration they just let me stay there. The staff really save this place from a lower rating. First night AC made a loud noise. 2nd day switched...

Location-wise, it is excellent, and the food is also nice. For this price, we must expect these. Staff are also helpful. Overall, I recommend this property.
The location couldn't be better. All the restaurants you'll love are around the hotel. It's on the bar street and within walking distance of 3-5 major attractions.
A beautiful hotel in an excellent location. It was easy to navigate the city from here. The room was comfortable and clean and the hotel had a great selection of food and drink. Staff were friendly and helpful. The highlight was the rooftop pool and seating with fantastic views across the city.
Great little hotel above 'Lanka Lane'. Great restaurants and bars just below and a perfect centre point for touring Phnom Penh. Great value as well.
Super kind and supportive staff! I got to love Cambodia! I will definitely come back here!

We stayed at this hotel for four days. We loved it: it was clean, cozy, and quiet. It was lovely to swim in the clean pool after a hot day. The smell from the restroom was a bit bothersome. The area is very convenient for exploring...

First of all, the location is excellent, right in the heart of Siem Reap. It's very peaceful, not far from Pub Street and the market, within 2 kilometers. We initially wanted to write a positive review, but the last day marred the overall experience. Hide all your cash in the safe!!! We foolishly left 16,000 local riels in our bag (we were in the pool while they were cleaning our rooms; it's nothing, but it ruined our mood). They were cleaning our rooms during the day, and in the evening, I found 11,000 riels missing—5,000 were left for a scam))). So...
We had a very pleasant stay at Angkor Privilege Resort and can strongly recommend it. The location is quiet and peaceful, about 5 km from downtown. By tuk tuk it takes around 10 minutes and costs about 3 USD, which was perfect for us. You are far away from traffic noise and the main road, yet still well connected. The location is ideal for excursions – Angkor Wat and the Floating Village are both...
What a peaceful place—and staffed by friendly people. My husband particularly appreciated the breakfast. Had a wonderful experience!
We had a very relaxing five-night stay here and would definitely return. The hotel is in a great location — although out of the centre (so quieter) it was really easy to get into the centre, with tuk-tuks costing only £1 each way on Grab. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, always happy to assist with anything we needed. We loved spending time at the pool and having a massage. Our room...
The hotel was GORGEOUS and the staff really wowed us. We commented several times how much we loved the place and the staff. Unfortunately, so sad to to report that that food made us sick every time we ate it. First day just stomach aches and the second day minor food poisoning. So eat the food at your own risk. Otherwise, we loved everything else about the place!
Amazing resort! Clean and very comfortable, the beds were super comfy. The staff were so helpful and kind. I cannot say enough about the staff. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. I will be telling all of my family and friends about our positive experience.

The room was very nice, but there were quite a few mosquitoes. However, I can understand this in Southeast Asia, and the hotel responded quickly to my request and helped us get rid of the mosquitoes. The breakfast was perfect; my favorite cappuccino was made with freshly ground beans and latte art.
These were incredible 4 days!!! The hotel is simply magical, very beautiful, the service is top notch! The food is impeccable, everything is delicious! The relaxation area is also wonderful! The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. Overall, the facilities were clean and comfortable. The breakfast, in particular, was fantastic – you could choose one item from a wide variety of options, and it tasted delicious. I was very satisfied. Regarding the location, it's a bit outside the city center, but it's easy and inexpensive to get downtown quickly by taxi, which was great.
Reasonable price to stay ,good location located along national no.6 . Room acceptable not much clean having cockroaches on bed.
This is a great hotel! It has a pool, the rooms are spacious, and everything is very clean. The staff are really helpful too. The view from the window is beautiful. It's a bit far from the city center, but I rented a scooter, so getting around was easy and the distance wasn't an issue at all. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Siem Reap.
Was happy with my visit, I booked two rooms there because of a tik tok review video and my previos Siem Reap stay wasnt pleasant. And i was 100% happy with this Ratana Angkor hotel. Just that if the hotel is not packed, the breakfast is Ala Carte.

The hotel is so nice! Locations is perfect. The rooms are very comfortable, breakfast is delicious. And the staff very helpful. I would highly recommend staying there
Everything is fine, but it's close to the pub street and a bit noisy. Also, forgot to put toothbrushes in room
Had the good fortune of having a room with bed-bugs. Fantastic location, and staff assisted very quickly with said problem. Upgraded room as well. Still, never ideal having your arms and legs covered in bite when waking up on a first night in any city. Recommend, just make sure the room is fumegated first.
Lots of mosquitoes (killed one that had black and white striped legs - aedes mosquito that spreads dengue!), also a small roach crawled across the bed one morning, even though I didn't eat in my room. Excellent stay. Room was spacious. It really felt like a green and peaceful oasis in the middle of the city. Would recommend and return there in an instant.
A colonial type boutique hotel located in a secluded area near the royal palace. A beautiful hotel with lush greenery with two swimming pools. The staff were very attentive and accommodating. I am a vegan and they created a special vegan menu nicely typed just for me. That’s what I call superb service.
What a beautiful, stylish and peaceful hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are worth every cent, the value for money is outstanding. Furthermore the location is convenient and good. The next time in Phnom Penh I will definitely stay here again!
This place is a serious mosquito breeding ground. Rooms come with repellant. The restaurant has repellant on every table. I booked a private pool room with the intention of hanging out outside.. i had to douse myself in repellant. I stink, and i still have been bitten many times. Lovely hotel with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and spectacular service. The location is excellent, close to Pub Street and the night market. Breakfast is perhaps the weakest point, as there isn't a huge variety of Western foods, but it's still good. Highly recommended.
Very welcoming hotel. Our family room was very large. The hotel is located a few steps from the old market and Pub Street. The pool and solarium are very welcoming and a great place to relax. The staff is delightful.
I was only here for a single night but found the room comfortable and functional. The staff couldn't be more helpful to me and the location seems pretty good. It looks like most of the poor reviews are complaining about the Agoda advert so double check if booking through them. Personally, I would stay here again without a second thought.
Facilities are good and room cleaning is good. Friendliness of reception staff is average. Breakfast options are limited and rice and noodle meals are a bit oily. Dining staff are friendly. A major problem is the slow internet connection in the rooms.
