Staff is nice and friendly. When we asked some service, such as more water, the response was quite fast. Breakfast is not buffet style. Chose from menu.

Compared to the exterior and the front desk, the room was clean. The bustling downtown area was within walking distance, and there were many travel agencies and restaurants around the hotel, which was great. The staff were kind.

We stopped over before heading to Koh Rong, so we only stayed one night. The staff is lovely. The room is very big. The bathroom is also big. Great soaking tub. Everything was clean, but the sealant around the glass shower and toilet is overdue for a replacement. This is close to the beach so I'm sure the upkeep is daunting due to the humidity. I stayed here in August 2025 with my wife and our child (under 3 years old). I booked through Agoda for $27.90 including tax, which I think is a great price considering it also included breakfast. Overall, everything was good. My only small concern is with the water, they provide refillable bottles. Personally, I would prefer single-use sealed bottles for hygiene reasons.

This is a great hotel! It has a pool, the rooms are spacious, and everything is very clean. The staff are really helpful too. The view from the window is beautiful. It's a bit far from the city center, but I rented a scooter, so getting around was easy and the distance wasn't an issue at all. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Siem Reap.
