I've always lived here, and the price dropped this time, I don't know why. It's in the central area, so I recommend it. Restaurants, delivery services, banks, and taxis are all easily accessible nearby. The only downside is that the bathrooms tend to leak everywhere.

We had requested a baby cot during our booking, so we were surprised to learn at check-in that the hotel does not provide them. As we did not receive any prior communication about this, we were unable to make alternative arrangements in advance. Eventually, after much insistence on our part, the staff managed to obtain a baby cot from the residence apartment adjacent to the hotel.

This hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is a traditional building, but it has a pool, gym, restaurant, and cafe, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of dishes and fresh fruit. We was especially pleased with Mr. Sanbo's attentive hospitality.

Great rooms and excellent showers in the en-suites. The only 2 things that let this hotel down is the lack of daylight in 40% of the rooms due to windows opening to a void and the hot breakfast. The hot breakfast on the buffet is stone cold, but once the waiting team reheat your selection, it’s great. The rest of the buffet is good and the coffee excellent.

The room size listed on Trip.com was very different from reality. The website stated 45 square feet, but it was actually only about half of that. Visited for lunch and dinner while allowing us to access their pool despite not staying in their rooms. They had really friendly staff and made us feel super welcomed. Their service was great, especially their waiter, Chan, making our short stay enjoyable!

The personal is very nice and helpful. The Room was very clean but the TV didn’t work and although it looks very nice the Light switch fell of the wall.
