Asia hotel is old school type of hotel . Slightly dim in the hotel but rooms are clean and neat and come with windows and strong aircond. It’s near to riverside and markets and bus stations all within walking distances . Breakfast is simple noodles , porridge with eggs and fruits .

Hotel is in a great location, just 100 to 150m from the Central Market.  The room was clean and fairly large, but the there were some issues: 1. The instant water heater did not work. In the end they had to change my room, but it was a bit smaller and instead of a wall hung aircon came with a small casement / in the wall type of aircon. Upon check-in they said the room type I booked was not available, was placed in a pathetic room: toilet howled when flushed and occasionally afterwards, tv screen was not viewable, tub was cracked and unsafe, worst experience I've had in about 10 years as a customer, may be my last stay

Room and furnitures in the room old old. Bathroom is the worse, little water comes for showering. Smell cigarette round and in the elevator.

Nice hotel, comfortable bed, spacious room. Breakfast included. Polite staff. I arrived from the airport at 7:00 a.m., and reception said check-in wasn't until 2:00 p.m. (The website says 10:00 a.m.). They asked for an early check-in fee of $10.

The New York hotel has average value for money. The TV wasn't working, the Wi-Fi was really poor, and the staff were just okay too.

It was okay, the AC was not very good and we were hot all night which made it hard to sleep. Only one power outlet next to the bed. Everything looks a lot more dated compared to the photos. There are much better hotels in Phnom Penh for similar prices

Went there twice already. Simple Hotel. Decent amenities. Not so fast WiFi at the room I was located. Average buffet breakfast. Of you're just spending overnight before a flight then go for it. But for longer stays and if you have a budget try somewhere else.

I stayed here for half a month, and I found the bed firmness to be just right for Chinese people – neither too soft nor too hard, which was quite comfortable. The only downside was that the lighting was a bit dim. The food was absolutely delicious.

Salita hotel is located on street 143 midway between Orussey and Tuol tum pong markets . It’s a 15 min walk to the riverfront . Rooms are well equipped ,clean and comfortable.  It’s a quality hotel for the reasonable rates .

The hotel is not bad, but there are some quirks. The room is very dark, with little light and a small window, making it feel like we were in the dark all the time. The furniture is old, but otherwise okay. The worst thing was that the shower drain was clogged and no one cleaned it, so water quickly accumulated in the room. You had to quickly wash yourself and turn off the water while you were soaping...

Hotel didn’t look like pictures, breakfast was minimal, no buffet. When I arrived my fridge wasn’t plugged in, no hot water, no tv full stop (apparently government cut off the aerial )! Fridge and hot water was fixed within half an hour …. What the hotel lacked in luxury was made up for by guest services, very very helpful and very friendly , especially the manager and the lady on the front desk

Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming upon arrival. Helped move our luggage to our rooms, no complaints. Staff made our stay much more better. The only downside is when the shower was on it flooded the bathroom. Other than that we 100% recommend and would come again all thanks to the staff.

We been there for our family vocation, our room js face to pool and the room is fine just some point I don’t like are : - People come out and drink in front of our room till 1am - People come to swim pool so early around 5am from swimming - they don’t have mini bar in the room

Go to stay location is nearest to the beach. I booked on the app the room which is at the ground floor but when I arrived they choose my room on the 1st and 2nd floor.

Staff were polite, attentive and professional. Unfortunately, the property is quite dated needing significant repair and maintenance. There was a large dead cockroach between the bed and bedside table; and the toilet door could not be shut.

Every time coming back to Cambodia always choose this place. Everything is good but sometimes prices are too high. The prices these past few days have been double the initial set price. First book not that expensive.

Generally had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Room is clean. However on the last day of our stay, the hotel block has no water supply in the morning. Was inconvenient as we were getting ready to check out for our return flight. Found out later that the kitchen has wrongly closed the water supply to the rooms. 😳 The staff there are friendly and helpful.

This is paradise on earth. It's quiet, there are no crowds, and the beach feels like it's all yours. The restaurant serves delicious food, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean and beautiful. You can rent boats and SUPs for free. We also rented a motorbike for $10.

This was our second time in the Secret Garden hotel and we enjoyed every second of our stay. Everything was as great as before and the food was even better. Clean, big, nice house in the beach, white send, great pool, beautiful sunrise and quite relaxing atmosphere. Thanks to all the stuff our stay was unforgettable. The sea view villa is really great value. The room is large, clean and tidy. The glass floor-to-ceiling windows allow us to lie on the bed and enjoy the sea view. It is very comfortable. The beach is quiet. There is also a small waterfall nearby, which is also nice. The hotel staff are very warm and friendly. Overall, it is a great hotel choice.

I like the pool but it doesn't look like the photo. It was a nice hotel good people nice cleaners. As soon as we walked into our room we sighted black mold along the skirting boards and shower curtain.

Sky bar with very beautiful view. No breakfast. Staff smiling. Very Big swimming pool (cold for me) without natural light, no towel there. Hot water in the shower. Little noisy at night. Light outside on the balcony can't be turned off so we had to keep the blinds shut which is a shame as the view from the bed would have been great.

Really appreciated the breakfast service here. Even though the breakfast bar officially closed at 9, I arrived late and the staff still kindly served me without any issue. That level of hospitality makes a big difference. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall a great stay and I’d happily come back.

I like the hotel, my room was clean, large and with a nice view. AC is working well and the shower and bathroom is large. Many English TV channels. Breakfast got basic and good stuff. Minus: Only one elevator for 12 floors. Takes long to get up and down so you have to take that in to account when planning. Location is a bit off. I walked to the royal palace in 25 minutes, but I'd recommend a tuk...

The service was good and the place was clean. Only one thing, the bathroom is see-through. What if we came with our friends or two colleagues had to share a room, it would be embarrassing. :) All in all, I enjoyed my 3-night stayed there.

Stayed here for 3 nights as part of a tour and had a great stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was comfortable with good shower. Breakfast was good too, especially the fresh pancakes. It’s a little way from the main downtown area but a tuk tuk is easy to get outside the hotel and costs 4 dollars for up to 4 people. Handy mini mart nearby too.

The staff are helpful and welcoming. This property feels more like an apartment complex with open exterior. Nothing to do in the neighborhood. Aeon is about a 10 minute Grab ride away. The mattress is hard. The bedding is fresh. The shower console didn't turn on therefore the water was tepid.

The room was really spacious and well-equipped. There are lots of restaurants nearby, and it's close to Aeon Mall. The front desk staff were very friendly, and having a fridge in the room was a nice bonus for chilling drinks and fruit.

The hotel's location is not far from the heart of Phnom Penh. You can see famous Cambodian monuments just by walking, and there are several temples nearby. There are many Cambodian food shops that you can enjoy near this hotel. If you want to relax for a moment in the evening , just go downstairs there is a coffee shop and several alcoholic drinks.

I had a very nice stay at the premium room. The staff was very nice and welcoming and even helped me resolve a booking error without problem. Room was clean and breakfast was tasty. The area is also good.
